This was the second time we have seen this troupe perform. Once when they were on the road, about 5 years ago. This is their permanent venue and it is very nice and comfortable. Wish there were directions on the outside of the doors as...More

Very nice venue, the show started late because there was a large high school group who cam in late, but it was well worth the wait. Very funny, Mocked everyone equally!

Beautiful venue for this performance. Truly enjoyed the talent of the six performers. The skits and musical numbers were timely and witty. No one was spared but everything was in good humor. Occasionally a little redundant but overall a fun entertaining evening

I can't believe that having lived in DC for nearly 30 years, I'd never been to see the Capitol Steps. 4 of us recently went to top off my birthday celebration and loved seeing the cast spoof our government official, with the Pope (to the...More

This is worth going to. Constant poking of fun on Washington politicians of all stripes. 90% done in rhyme and song. If you go to the shows at the Reagan Bldg., the underground parking garage can be a pain going through security with your car....More

If you have the time drop into a show of the Capitol Steps at the Reagan Center for Commerce. The show has the advantage of providing we aging liberals with a chance to laugh at what our government is doing to us. Where else can...More

Saw the Capitol Steps in Westminster on Nov 16, and they were OK. The material was equal parts amusing, inspired, obvious, and corny. The performers were strong with great singing voices. Corey Harris provided most of the highlights, starting with his Obama monologue. The audience,...More

At the Ronald Reagan Building Ampitheater we laughed our way through "The Capitol Steps." This was not crowded and a great way to entertain yourself in the evening. If it is playing while you are visiting Washington, highly recommend.

The show had some good moments, and some good snickers, but I think it's vastly over-rated on tripadvisor. Paid nearly $40 / ticket and it was definitely not worth that. You'd get better laughs at a 2 drink minimum comedy club. There was never really...More

Haven't seen the Capitol Steps since we lived in Washington, but every time we saw them the material was fresh and the delivery was hysterical. I recommend them highly and I understand their road show is as excellent as the home company.
