We went to the Verizon Center as part of our holiday in the USA. It was a pre season match against Miami Heat. Not really a massive crowd but it was great fun. Enjoyed the chance to buy food and drinks during the match. Everyone was very friendly. The view was great - also helped by the massive screens. Great... More

In travelling the USA for the first time, attended my first hockey game , CAPS v Panthers. Top night out, because the good guys won. Purchased my tickets in row G, 4-5 months before game. Surprised to see approx 10-20% of tickets in the front bay not seated. Our tickets were not checked by staff, so to the masses in... More

In town for a night, and snagged a ticked for the game. It wasn't busy so I could spread out. People were friendly and it was a good night of professional entertainment.

We saw the Washington Capitals v New York Rangers, and it was a great game. The venue is good, and visibility from the seats is great. Tickets are not cheap, but it is a good experience. When you enter you are given light sticks to wave ! As expected it was noisy - so if you have sensitive hearing take... More

Great night out at wizards preseason game. Verizon center good venue. Comfortable seating, good service, good food selection and shop had gear 50% off to get ready for the season. Lively atmosphere throughout even for preseason. Excellent location with shopping, great food and the center of DC.

I was here for the Bad Boy Reunion Tour and the place was fantastic!!! The show was sold out so the energy in there was pretty awesome!! I had loge seats and had a full view of the stage. Getting there was easy too even without a car just used the metro and it's right in the downtown area so... More

Seats are a little tight, access to parking garage MUST be via elevators in lobby (tried from outside…no can do!) Even for big artists like Adele and Sia, no lines (used mobile entry) and even traffic was tolerable. Sat in 110 section. Picture shows view.

Good venue, fairly centrally located in Washington. The usual fast food stalls are in abundance, with sports apparel available for your visit. Watched a Capitals Ice Hockey game, seats were good & visibility (we were in section 114 row K) was very good.

Visited the Verizon centre while in DC to watch a Capitals game. The game was excellent, my partner had never see an ice hockey game and really enjoyed it. Great experience. The food and drinks in the centre are not cheap, so make sure you eat before hand.
