Just a beautiful piece of architecture with first run movies. The lobby is fully restored as well as the main theatre. If your movie isn't in that one, look in anyway.

This theatre has a nice art deco style. I like to come here for movies on discount night Tuesdays and I also like to have food and drinks from cinema grill sent over while we watch the movies. FUn!

Great place to see movies, view Warriors playoff games! They will mic your soda dronk just the way you like it. Meet friends, drink wine, or have a meal from the place next door.

Old school decor and charm with modern theater technology and amenities. I've seen a few movies here and love entering the classic lobby, but having the nice comfy chairs and reserved seating.

This is a restored Art Deco gem. The remodel of a single large theater from the 1930s or 1940s to a modern multi-theater cineplex has not diminished the beauty of the lobby and main theater. All the theaters in the building have exceedingly comfortable seats...More

I have lived in Alameda since 1990. I remember the days when the theater was a gymnastics ply area for my daughter. I am so thankful that it has been restored. The seats are great and the projector is state of the art. Going to...More
