There's always something to see, do and eat in downtown Disney. I love the atmosphere there. You have the feeling of being inside Disneyland but your really not. In the winter time there's hot chocolate and ice skating. Oh! And if you sign up for any of the a runDisney runs like a 5k run, you will run right through... More

We visited several times during our stay - it's a great way to access Disneyland or the California Adventure Park but there are restaurants, shops, roving entertainment & much more. You can also catch the Disney fireworks as well. The walk through Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa was worth it too - it was all decorated for Christmas and... More

I love coming here to entertain out of town friends, and eat and shop for Disney stuff. We easily spend 2-3 hours here and that's without seeing a movie! I love eating at ESPN Zone, Rainforest Cafe and Earl of Sandwich. The World of Disney store is my favorite since it's huge and has everything for every Disney fan out... More

We didn't plan on going to Disneyland over thanksgiving weekend, because we knew it would be really busy. On a whim, we decide to go to Downtown Disney in the afternoon of Thanksgiving Day. It wasn't too busy at all!!! Parking is free for the first 2 hours and free after that if you have a voucher from a restaurant... More

We ate dinner in this area all 3 nights that we were here.. We were able to walk from the Paradise Pier Hotel which made it even more enjoyable. The area is always clean, well lit and in the evenings there are live music performances for free. Of course the area features a huge Disney store in case you couldn't... More

I love downtown Disney. It is a fun place to stop by as you head into the park or to just spend time in on its own. There are lots of fun shops and restaurants. It is usually pretty crowded but I find it to be worth it. There is a Disney souvenir shop and a sweet shop. These are... More

Whenever I visit Orlando I almost aways stop by downtown Disney with the family (Large family with lots of kids!!) And each time we love it, lots of open space for the kids to play around and for the grown ups to chat and catch up, lots of places to eat and just an overall sweet place to be at... More

Downtown Disney is a great go to when you need a break from Disneyland park. There's tons of shops to visit. There are also many eating options.

Our family planned our Disneyland trip to start the day after we arrived. Traffic wasn't bad getting into the area so we arrived sooner than anticipated. Therefore we decided to go to downtown Disney to buy our souvenirs and have dinner. There is a large selection of shops and restaurants to choose from and the area is already decorated for... More
