Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I always remember this being a fun ride, but this time was different.
It was closed for a good chunk of time with issues and then the queue was a good 45 minutes long. (It's quite dark at some points along the walk to the start).
The ride itself was all over the place. It was hard to determine what was what and what was going on.
Literally unless you have a lot of time on your hands I'd give this one a skip/ The kids had way more fun playing in the areas outside this attraction.

Based on the long wait times I was sure to grab a fp for for this since it is exclusive to CA and really thought it would be something special. Probably little kids would like but I wouldn't spend a long time waiting for this.

This is a fun, fast ride for kids but not worth a huge long wait or FAST PASS so go if the line is reasonable and skip if it isn't. Any Roger Rabbit fan should check it out.

Since its inception, we have had fun on this ride. I totally advise getting a FASTPASS. I took my daughter when it initially opened and it was a 2 hour [break down] wait. The other day with my daughter, it was a walk-through using our F-Pass. It is a cute attraction, especially if one has ever seen the film it is based upon. If you want to go fast, manually spin the car; if not, opt not to spin. NOTE: Toontown closes at dusk. Beware of the dip!!

This ride is quite fun but not worth waiting in a long queue. It is based on the movie and I'm guessing replicates the plot of the film but to be honest I got a bit lost with the story of the ride. There's lots of good theming though so an enjoyable way to spend a few minutes.

My kids had fun so that’s all that matters. I have no idea why this ride is so popular and has ridiculous wait times. We rode with fast pass so didn’t have to wait long.

I waited in line and the ride broke down before I got on the ride, however the queue was perfect. I really enjoyed all the great touches to make the wait not so painful. I can't wait to get another chance to ride again. The Themeing in Toontown is amazing. Go and enjoy, but see the movie first.

This was the final ride of our two day Disney trip. There was virtually no line as we arrived about 8:15pm. It is a lot like other Disney rides: a continuous loop through a tunnel while music and animatronics from a Disney movie entertain. This one is about Roger Rabbit (obviously) and there is another difference. The you spin the cars you ride in and they also jerk left or right depending on the turns of the track. It therefore has a little more thrill and motion than some of its counterparts similar in concept.

The line for this one is one of those deceptive Disney twist and turn tricks. Everytime you think you are near the loading area, the line snakes back a different direction to take you away again. It was a LONG wait, and was the only ride during our four day visit that took longer to get on board than the projected wait time outside. That being said the actual ride was fun, and the best part is the cars spin a little or a lot depending upon the driver. You can control about 90% of the spin action for your own car.

I really like this ride because the line is just about as much fun as the ride. The time passes quickly when you are in line and there is so much detailed stuff to look at. It is a ride that really has that Disney Magic. One word of advice: If you do not like spinning, you do not have to spin the wheel and you will be just fine.
