About
Suur-Pakri (Big Pakri) and Vaike-Pakri (Little Pakri) are islands off the north coast of Estonia. Suur-Pakri was a site of bomb testing by the Soviet army, and many military installations survive on the island to this day. Thanks to their natural diversity, both islands have been declared reserves. You can reach the islands by boat from Kurkse harbour.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Pakri Islands are very interesting place, wild nature, beautiful landscapes, traces of history. A lot of things to think about.

Pakri islands have nice nature and landscapes. The history is colorful. They are nice place to visit for a day or two. Suitable for children also! So if you are looking for a nice hike on Estonian beautiful islands than this is as good as any of our islands, but it is more remote than some of the others.

Unforgettable place. Did 2 day kayaking round the islands with a night on one under the sky. Great views, great emotions! Looking forward to do it again.
