This is great because it has dog friendly trails. It also has a fairly long section that is paved and was plowed during the snow so we were able to go here one day when we didn't have time to go all the way up...More

This trail is great in that you can go as far as you want with young family members in tow. While uphill we found it very do-able even for the inexperienced hiker.

Very gentle and picturesque trail. The sights are best accessed from the Sierra Nevada Logging Museum in the town of White Pines.

This is a picturesque and very well maintained trail. We hiked from the Logging Museum to trail marker 8...approximately six miles round trip. Lovely.

Started our walk near the logging museum in Arnold. Enjoyed the very peaceful, quiet, picturesque and easy to walk Arnold Rim Trail nestled in the woods. It was nice hearing a nearby creek with water flowing.
