I had a day during a visit to Auburn, so I checked out the park. It was lovely. I stayed mostly on the gravel path, but did take offshoots to go to the overlooks at Hidden Falls and Canyon Falls. Since the path is down...More

Hidden Falls is great for families. It's not strenuous and perfect for MTB riders. Note, on busy weekends you need to sign up and pay online in order to go. Plan in advance

Go mid-week for a quieter experience. Spring and Fall are less crowded too. It's an OK hike, not spectacular but you will get some exercise. The falls are lovely and the water is refreshing if you can get down to it.

Came here twice. If you come on the weekend you must pay online ahead of time for a parking spot. It gets that busy. With that you're set. It definitely was more green in the spring than the summer. We do the short trek to...More

It was a hot day and the walk down to the waterfall and river was good as its not too far. The children and dog had a great time playing in the water so its a great location.

I love coming here. No matter what time of year, or how much I want to wander, this place fits the bill. We always come during the week, & I bet the weekends are a madhouse, because even weekdays are busy. But, there is plenty...More

Walked a little ways and found a great hammocking spot to chill with friends. Beautiful scenery and not too crowded on a Wednesday afternoon.

I came here almost daily during a visit to the area, it is very popular with hikers, mountain bikers and horse riders - so much so that on weekends you have to reserve as there is limited parking. This for me, is the only drawback...More

Hard to say. If you have an all terrain stroller (like some jogging strollers with bigger wheels), then probably. There are quite a few trails at the park. Mostly gravel and dirt. Some are wide and relatively level, and... More
