What a fun mountain! Close to aspen town and had lots of ski instructors. The snow was amazing and runs were beautifully groomed. All trails well marked. Good beginner runs and intermediate runs. Only a few black runs but were fun too!

We love Buttermilk for the easy runs. This is especially a favorite when we first arrive and need to get our “ski legs.” The mountain is easy to navigate and tends to be on the less crowded side. It is easy to get to as...More

Meghan was our private ski instructor for the day. She improved everyone's skiing from beginner to intermediate and even our snow boarder, Loved every minute of Buttermilk and one of the days was Chocolate Day!

Buttermilk is a prime location to get your ski thing on!!! The trails are great, people are friendly as possible, and spending time out on the high mountain slopes is well worth whatever it took to get up there!!!

Love Buttermilk, the trails are family friendly and not intimidating at all. The staff is first rate. There is a different vibe at Buttermilk that we love. Will always spend a couple of days at the mountain.
