Great adventure into the heart of the rainforest!

First of all, I loved our guide, Eric. If you get him, you are in good hands. We took a short plane ride to Orange Walk. Then, a quick truck ride to the New River where we caught a boat to Lamamai. The ride up took about and hour and half which I loved because I was seated, there was... More

We took the Lamanai Mayan Ruins -New River Tour from the pier at Maraca's in Orange Walk, BZE. We arrived at the beautiful landing just in time for lunch. There is a very nicely laid out Museum to explore before walking to the actual Ruins. Also, check out the gift shops there... reasonable , for sure. Christian our site guide... More

We went on this tour as part of a cruise. The people were very knowledge and knew so much about Belize and told us a lot of interesting facts while taking the bus to the boat. The woman who did our tour she was energetic and great! She was funny in parts and was so easy to understand. This tour... More

Well worth the money. You can climb to the top of one of the ruins. Amazing views. The name of the company was exotic shore excursions and the knowledge of the guide was tremendous. Lunch was great. You won't leave hungry.

I went on a river tour to Lamanai archeological site and I had a lovely time. I was joined by 10 more guests but I had plenty of space to enjoy the tour as if I was on a private tour. Our guide did a fantastic job spotting wildlife: spider monkey, many birds, we even saw a crocodile swimming in... More

My husband stayed in Belize city so that we could take advantage of the Inland jungle excursions before hitting the islands. We rented a car and drove ourselves out in the morning to charter a boat ride to Lamanai. We were told by our hosts that once we got to the bridge you could hire a boat for $40.00 to... More

Elvis Usher was outstanding in presenting the knowledge of the Mayan culture, in particular, LuminaI, and his beloved Belize in a most passionate way. I am sure Eco Tours knows what an asset, Elvis is to your Company and City. Elvis, thank you for making our tour a very memorable one. YOU CAN BELIZE THAT. Ric R

Elvis wants you to get the most of the experience and the more you join in the better. I think our group was a bit quiet due to the oppressive heat. I do not tolerate heat very well and it felt like it was 105 degrees, not his fault of course and I think everyone made the best of it.... More

We booked through Carnival Dream. After arriving in Belize via tender we were greeted by Elvis Usher our tour guide. Elvis was very knowledgeable about Belize's history and truly had the gift of gab. He kept us entertained for an entire hour long bus ride through small villages and winding roads. He had the bus stopped so we could look... More

We booked through Carnival. Getting to the site was an adventure in itself. First a tender to port. Then an hour's bus ride to a small bar. Had a quick drink then onto a boat for forty minutes. Then the tour through a jungle to see the sites. Back to. The oat, to the bar for lunch and drinks. Bus... More
