Loved our day with Eric in Belize. We had originally booked to go to the Howler Monkey Preserve and go cave tubing. Unfortunately, the caves were too flooded that day and Eric made a quick change to add in Mayan ruins. First stop the howler monkeys.....loved walking thru the jungle with Robert! He found where some monkeys were hanging out and got them to come down and "howl" for us. It was great! Loved it. Then a yummy local lunch and off to hike see and hike up the mayan ruins. Eric was engaging and fun....we loved it and highly recommend both Belize Exotic Tours and Eric as your guide.

We booked our tour not knowing what to expect. Never been to the ruins anywhere. Thought it might be boring. But we had some luck. We booked with Belize Exotic Adventures and they gave us the best guide we have ever had in 10 years of cruise trips/excursions. Nathaniel was our guide. He was so knowledgeable about everything. From the ruins, to the history of the city. He told stories of his life and how he is involved with so much that goes on in his community. He had been a local teacher, a fish farmer, and now helping his son with his tour company. On the way to the ruins, we even got to see where he lives. He took us to so many "local" off the path places that you don't get on the big tours. And we felt 100% safe with this man. His knowledge and stories of the ruins was incredible. He then took us to lunch at a local restaurant. Local food was so good. And the special bonus was he stopped at a road side wine shop. WOW. The flavors we had there were incredible. We ended up buying several bottles of wine to take home. The main part of the tour was to the ruins at Altun Ha, but the trip was made by him showing us the whole city and downtown. And the local stops we made. I can't say enough about our guide. It was our favorite part of the whole trip. Just meeting him and hearing all about Belize and his life story as well. If you book with Belize Exotic Adventures, consider yourself lucky to have him as your guide. I know they have others, but he is an amazing person.

We had a tour booked with another company but they took our money and then left us high and dry at the airport. We finally took a taxi to our hotel and then went wandering around the cruise ship tour pick-up area in hopes that we could find them. That's when Belize Exotic Adventures showed up. They did everything in their power to find our company, and when they couldn't, they rearranged their tours to provide us with a very reasonable private tour Zip-Lining, Cave Tubing, and to some Mayan Ruins. Luis was our guide and he was incredible. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and obviously loved in the tour community. He's one of the most authentic guides I've ever met. The Cave Tubing was my favorite, but I'm glad we did all three. Belize Exotic Adventures and Luis went above and beyond to help us have an incredible day and we so appreciate it. Be careful where you book in Belize--save yourself the heartache from scammers and just go straight to Belize Exotic Adventures.

Our group of nine family members choose the cave tubing and Mayan ruins. Knowing it was a lot to cover in one day Nickoli kept us moving. He and Tootall (don't know spelling) were a great team keeping us entertained and informed. Nickoli gave us excellent information about Belize while travelling to the caves and after on our way to the Ruins. Because we were running late we choose to eat in the van but the food was excellent! Everyone had an amazing time. I was worried about the tubing being fun or just me being able to handle it. I'm 59 but the majority of the group were in late 20 to mid 30's (my kids and spouses) It was awesome! They carried our tubes for us and helped get us through the caves which were breath taking...just incredible! I loved it and recommend everyone use Belize Exotic adventures. On a side note this is our second time using BEA our first being last year my husband and I went on a city tour and to the Ruins. We had an excellent time so used them again when traveling here with family and they did not disappoint!
