THe outside section I'm sure would allow dogs, the great adventure is walking through the caves that a dog could not manage.

The Bluehole National Park is about 13 miles from Belmopan, But its on the Hummingbird HWY, you will either need to catch a bus to drop you off there, or hire a taxi or tour operator to carry you there or rent your own car... More
