I went out with Sea Horse the last day of the year and had one of the best days of the year! I have to say that the staff was exceptional- the dive master I had was so clear, easy to understand, easy to follow and made the dives really interesting by spearing lion fish and feeding it to eels... My husband and I spent a week in Placencia, on an island 5 miles offshore. Sea Horse was the only dive shop willing to pick us up to go diving! A family owned business, they were a pleasure to dive with during our stay. Thank you Sea Horse!

Went on the Silk Cayes trip with my girlfriend--she snorkeled and I dove. We both had just an incredible, perfect experience with this outfit. I dive a lot where I live (Palau), but my dive master really took it to a new level on this trip. First, the one-to-one ratio was fantastic (maybe a happenstance of it still being low... More

People we met on another tour recommended we use Seahorse for our snorkelling trip and I'm so glad we did. The weather was perfect and we had an awesome time. We followed our snorkelling guide who showed us so many things we would have missed otherwise and made the day one we won't forget. His knowledge also extended to the... More

From start to finish, our snorkelling trip with Seahorse Dive Shop today was professional and smooth. We were welcomed to the boat by warm, friendly staff who assured us that all safety precautions were in place and that we were in the company of competent, enthusiastic divers. Halfway to Silk Caye we had the opportunity to watch a pod of... More

A few days ago, we went to Silk Cayes as a mixed group of certifieds and never dove befores, far more of the latter than the former. We certifieds dove before lunch while most of the never doves got instruction and experience in the basics of scuba diving at the same time that a few others opted for snorkel fun... More

We went on a snorkel/dive trip to Silk Cayes in early October with Seahorse and had a really great day. First, they are a great group of guys - friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and funny. I was with my husband and son, who dove. I snorkeled. My son's girlfriend started off diving to get certified, but found that she did not... More

Pros: It was easy to sign up and book online through their website. When I called with some questions the guy on the phone was very nice and accommodating. They were really quick and organized when it came to getting out of the water back into the boat after the dive. Not easy in 8-10 ft swells. They did seem... More
