One of the best trips. Me and my friends really enjoy this trip to Copan. Lovely people and beautiful places to go

We’ve seen Tikal and Chichenitza and had to see Copan. It’s small, but the art work and the reproduction of the Rosario Temple are outstanding. The museum on site holds the temple plus original stela and art work. Amazing. And be there mid afternoon when...More
Beautiful place to visit. The official tour guides are as good as advertised in previous reviews. Ours was knowledgeable, friendly and giving all possible details that we requested. The site may be not as extensive as e.g. Tikal but its compactness makes it very accessible...More
We were lucky enough to experience quite a few people in the site and enjoyed it a lot. Nice and relaxing place and well maintained.
Thank you very much for your review. Come back soon.
Our tour company made a major detour to come here while we were in Guatemala. Good as the site is we didn't feel it was quite worth it compared to others we visited in Mexico & Guatemala. The hieroglyphic staircase is quite worn & hidden...More

the place is very nicely made and even has the huge red papagallos. The price is fairly expensive but it is worth going. the area with the trees etc. is very lovely. tipp: don't go into the tunnel, it is not worth the 15$. just...More
Easy 20 min walk from town although I feel that the $15 entry is a little overpriced. Nice, detailed stonework but easy to see most of it in an hour. Worth doing if you're in the area and the town is welcoming and tourist friendly.
Copan is very special as it is a bit off the beaten track. Never a lot of huge crowds. The Stela are very particular and stunning. We took a guide and would recommend to anyone. Lots of large Macaw birds at the entrance
