There is plenty of parking, place to get Amana shirts and information about the area. friendly employees.

The lady behind the desk was very helpful and we were able to get the info we needed. Rented a wheelchair and appreciated the convience.

The visitor center is a nice place to go first when visiting the Amana Colonies. The receptionist was knowledgeable and informative about what to see and gave directions to the different places. The building is unique and not your typical visitor center.

They have a wealth of information there and merchandise for sale. Most importantly the public restrooms are next to the center. Just north of the center! It is the old Amana fire station. Be sure to go up the stairs to the cupola! The center...More
