Nice beach but too cold in december

The beach is very nice and must be even better during the summer. We visited in december and could only enjoy the view.

Beautiful scenery. Abt 30 mins from agadir. Got a grand taxi for 20 dh per person and shared with 3 other people. Don't need more than a few hours here. Beautiful beach with camel riding and horse riding on the sand. Nice quirky shops.

Mostly locals come here, very few tourists - only the advanced surfer. The food is very cheap and the beach is not crowded at all. No pestering from beggars, guys sell fruits and tea on the beach. It's a great vibe, you can just chill.

A nice quiet beach where I enjoyed my packed lunch with one of the many Moroccan cats about in Taghazout. Some may feel the cats and dogs are a nuisance but I quite enjoyed there presence and the character they add to Taghazout. Of course there are beautiful views of the Atlantic as well.

We went to this place most days (weather permitting) it's a stunning stretch of coast great for surfing with various entry points some requiring abseiling/rock climbing to access which we love.

It is called surf village, And you will see surf shops everywhere. Very good prices to rent equipment if you like surfing. And you can hire a tutor as well. Beautiful drive along the coast from Agadir to Taghazout. Only 30 Km from Agadir. Must visit if you are holidaying in Agadir.

What an amazing place. Surf was brilliant and everyone was so friendly. Can recommend a visit there even if only to see the surf and sunrise.

The beach - and I mean from the surf point down to the sand, is a sectiony wave, easy to paddle into and easy to get in and out - a simple rock hop. The local town is a bit squalid - i could only last a few days here and had to return to agadir. Local restaurants are below... More
