We were taking going to the Merzouga Camp Experience and Hmad had taken us there from Marrakech. He was the most safe driver we could have asked for. The winding roads in the Atlas mountains had our stomachs churning. But Hmad was so patient and stopped everytime we wanted a break. We stopped by the beautiful villages, the Kasbahs and beautiful views. We stopped at the Ben Haddou village where pictures like Gladiator, Prince of Persia were filmed. Had is the most reliable driver with whom we felt instantly safe and comfortable. He stopped by at good restaurants where we had delicious meals. He gave us insight into Moroccan life and practices. If there is anyone you want to drive with to the Merzouga desert, Had is your guy!!!! 100% recommend.

I spent 3 days in the beautiful Rose Valley, Kelaat Mgouna, staying at Riad Tazawa. On my arrival I was greeted with tea and then given a tour around the gardens. In the early evening Ali from took me for a walk up onto the plateau above Riad Tazawa to watch the sun cast a warm orange glow over the snow capped High Atlas mountains as it set for the evening. The next day, after a sleep in and a leisurely breakfast, Ali took me on a gentle 10km trek around ancient irrigation channels, between fields of wheat, hedgerows of roses, fruit and nut trees, and along the banks of the rivers Mgouna and Dades. We stumbled upon new Kasbahs and crumbling Kasbahs. I smelt the roses, picked the poppies, listened to croaking frogs, and asked lots of questions. Ali was the perfect guide, patiently answering all my questions, taking me to viewpoints and places that were off the beaten track. We returned to the riad where I devoured a wholesome lunch, then a rest in the garden hammock, with a book before the next meal arrived. Bliss....I’ll definitely return.

We took a 5 night trip from Marrakesh to the desert and back passing via Ouarzazate for a night on the way there and 2 nights in the valley of flowers on the way back. Our guide Ahmed and our driver Hamid were great and made the whole trip incredibly fun whilst giving us lots of insight into Moroccan life and showing us many places off the beaten track. Before Ouarzazate we took in the amazing views whilst passing over the Atlas mountains where they stopped in a village to show us a traditional type of bank in the form of a Kasbah where villagers stored their grain. We then stopped off at Ben Haddou where various movies had been filmed like Gladiator ending in the Moroccan Hollywood, Ouarzazate. The following day we passed their home town where they treated us to a 'Berber pizza' which was delicious. That evening we did a camel trip into the desert and spent a night in the desert in luxurious tents along with a great meal and then singing and drums around a campfire. The sunrise was incredible from on top of the dunes. On the way back we stayed at Ahmed's brothers Riad called Riad Tazawa where we were treated like family in the beautiful valley of flowers. Here we did a cooking course in the morning with a local family and then went for a very picturesque walk around the valleys passing numerous orchards, kasbahs and villages. They had heard about our engagement a few weeks ago and organised us a surprise Moroccan wedding as a bit of fun and had even made a wedding cake with our names in Arabic. Incredible!! The following day we went back to Marrakesh stopping off at various lookout points as well as some caves that the local nomads use. They then gave us all the tips about haggling and where best to buy gifts before we headed back. Thanks for an unforgettable trip Ahmed and Hamid!!

We went for the trip to Merzouga by car with Ali visiting villages on the way to the desert. I can recommend him to everybody who wants nice, private trip to the desert without many tourists. After crossing all Morocco we stayed one night on the desert in the camp. Amazing experience! ! Big plus, he speaks well spanish and english so the communication is not a problem:) The trip and staying on the desert was well prepared and totaly safe. We will be back for sure!! Prices also very competitive to others, even more touristic tours.

My experience with Androuinaventure and especially with Ali has been wonderfull. He organized us a route around Morroco with all the places we wanted to visit. He also offered us some recomended places to visit which really worth it.
The thing I liked most was that they are completely flexible to adapt the tour to what you want. Even during the tour we asked to change some routes or to change de timetable and there was no problem.
In addition, Ali is a very nice, kind and cheerful man. If you want to get involved with the local culture, know new people or to hear some interesting histories about the places you are visiting you only have to ask Ali.
During our tour, the best experience was the visit to the desert, the city of Fez and “The Roses Valley” (Valle de las Rosas). I would recommended to everyone.

We had a terrifc time in the 3 days tour/adventure into Morroco. Ali our guide was very polite, respectful and very profesional, we stop in places that if we try to find in our own it will require a lot of time. The hotels, food, even the nigth at the desert was explendid. I would definetively recommend to all my friends to take this tour. EXCELENT, Thanks to Ali and the whole team for this wonderful time.
