Historic photos from 1930’s and terrace cafe. Interesting if you want to see photos of how Marrakesh has changed.

Loved this small museum featuring both black and white photography and some color photos.. The photographs were riveting and evocative. Seeing photos from the 40's and 50's gave you a good idea of the history of Morocco. There is a lovely cafe on the terrace.

Historic photos of desert people are displayed in this small museum. Some are striking. Many of these are available for sale. Knowing its limited scope now, I would have put this into my itinerary after checking out more important attractions.

Slightly hard to find your way around but very good content when you find it. The colour films taken in 1957 were riveting.

This is really interesting with some fascinating photos of various places in Morocco. These are mainly from the 50's and early which helps understand what the country was like....particularly the souks in Marrakech which don't seem to have changed much

This is a small but beautiful museum with many lovely photos in it. The roof top terrace is a perfect space to stop and have a cooling drink before exploring the museum and surrounding area

A small but evocative museum displaying photographs and postcards from the 1890s to the 1940s of Morocco. Situated in an attractive house with a rooftop terrace serving food and drinks.

This place is amazing, even if you just have mint tea on the roof terrace. Got along in the later afternoon when the sun is setting and the views across the city's rooftops with the Mosques towering above are absolutely stunning. The late sun give...More

You can do organised trips to Berber Villages but I would definitely book this either through your hotel or your travel agent. On the way to the museum we were hassled constantly by locals who tried to get us to follow... More
