We had THE BEST TIME! We have been telling everyone how great this tour company was and the amazing experience we had. The accommodation was amazing. We were shocked in a good way with the tent in the desert. What a magical time. Great food, beautiful locations, comfortable rooms. I could not have asked for any better.
Ali was great company for the 4 days. Good tunes in the car & happy to answer any questions we had about Morocco. What makes this company so special is that it is family-operated. We even got to try Ali's mum's couscous. Yum!
There is nothing I would have changed with the trip. We have been telling everyone if they want to visit Morocco we know which tour to do.

Before starting, we had a few concerns about what to expect since this was our first time in Morocco and as we had never been on a tour like this before, but once we got started, it was an absolute dream.
We started off our tour with a seamless pickup in Marrakech by our fantastic guide and driver, and the private 4x4 set the tone for a comfortable and stress-free journey.
We headed towards the Atlas Mountains, where we were treated to breathtaking views and glimpses of Berber villages. The visit to Ait Ben Haddou was one of the cultural highlights, and we spent the first night in one of the best hotels we've ever experienced, which boasted a 360-degree panoramic view of the Atlas ranges, it was definitely a nice surprise.
The exploration continued the next day through Todra Valley and Todra Gorge, which then lead us to Merzouga Erg Chebbi. Riding camels to our desert camp, we spent an amazing night under the stars, dancing to traditional music. The following day offered a deep dive into desert life, with a visit to a nomadic Berber village and a fun encounter with Gnaoua dancing and music. This is also where we had the opportunity to try the esteemed Berber pizza, which added a flavorful touch to the cultural experience.
We then had the rest of the day to explore the desert and sand dunes at our own leisure, which was a definite highlight of the trip.
This is a good place to mention that our private driver and 4x4 provided not only comfort but also a sense of exclusivity. Our guide Hassan was very knowledgeable and very friendly, and both he and our driver helped to enrich the entire experience.
The next day, the journey to Fes through the Atlas Mountains showcased some of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever laid eyes on. Stops along the way at vantage points, feeding monkeys in the Ceder forests, and visiting the town of Ifrane added charm to our scenic drive, concluding with a drop-off at our Riad in Fes.
To talk about the accommodation: it was all organized by the tour company, and surpassed expectations. From staying in a hotel with a panoramic view of the Atlas Mountains, to glamping under the stars in the Sahara, each stay was comfortable, clean, and very memorable.
Great organization and flawless logistics made the tour stress-free. Timings and coordination were spot-on, contributing to an overall seamless experience. The tour undoubtedly provided exceptional value for money, exceeding our expectations in almost every aspect. Highly recommended for those seeking a private tour with a perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and cultural immersion.

We had an amazing trip with Ali our tour guide and driver. He was very attentive and we felt safe with him driving through the winding mountain/desert roads and extremely busy cities.
The desert was definitely a highlight! We had a camel ride (approx. two hours) into our desert camp (which was lovely) for our overnight stay.
This is a jeep tour so bear in mind it does require a lot of driving to get from place to place so I would do at least 4 days if you’re planning to go from Marrakech into the desert and then onto fes!
Ali was also very flexible and we were able to choose which activities we wanted to do and which to exclude! Hassan, the owner, was also lovely and able to be reached by what’s app for all of our questions!
The photos attached are from the luxury accommodation option which you can pick for your stays upon booking!
Would highly recommend this travel company if you’re looking for a tour in Morocco!

We did the 4 day Sahara tour from Marrakech to Fes.
It was a really good tour and was one of the highlights of our first trip to Morocco! We stopped at places such as Ait Ben haddou before getting to the desert and we also stopped at places after the desert trip on the way to Fes such as Ifrane. The good thing was that it took us to our next destination which was Fes, after being in Marrakech a few days. Being in the desert was really really nice and we had the chance to ride camel and do quad biking. Our tour guide Hassan and driver Haami were also very nice and very accomodating. I get car sick and they were making stops for us and made sure we were okay before driving. They even shouted us lunch which was nice. Overall very happy. 100% would recommend!

I booked the 4 day Fes to Marrakech desert tour. I picked this company because the price point was the best I could find for a private tour with good reviews and it allowed the trip to be customized. Hassan was my main point of contact leading up to the trip and was helpful in answering my questions. I also recommend checking out their website for the specifics on their itineraries. Ismail was our driver and we had a blast getting to know him! He was from the Sahara so I appreciated his knowledge about the area. Although he was our driver he also served as our guide and we learned a lot from him. If considering this trip I definitely recommend at least 4 days to make the journey from Fes to Marrakech, maybe even 5 days because it is a lot of driving. This tour is an amazing way to see the country though. I also recommend you review the itinerary and customize the trip to your interests, Hassan and his team will be happy to work with you. Unfortunately we got sick on the last day of our trip. Our driver stopped to get us drinks from the store and Hassan checked in on us after the tour ended to make sure we were better. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and we would work with this company again!

The 6-day Marrakech To Fes Sahara Tour with To Morocco Travel was fabulous, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations! I booked this tour as a solo female traveler and felt completely safe throughout the entire journey.
All of my questions leading up to the trip were answered promptly and in detail, and my guide Hassan was top notch. He was attentive, courteous and imparted a wealth of knowledge about Berber culture and all of the sites and cities we visited in along the way. The Sahara desert was truly magical, but Fes and Chefchaouen were absolute gems and shouldn't be overlooked! And the best part about having a private guide was that there was always someone around to translate, haggle with vendors, help carry luggage, and take incredible photos!
Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for an authentic, varied and unique experience in Morocco! The customer service and hospitality were unparalleled. Shukran, Hassan!

My husband and I (from Ontario, Canada) came to Morocco for 2 weeks with our 2 young boys (7 years old and 3 years old). Initially, we were planning on going to the desert on our own with a rental vehicle because of the kids but then realized maybe it’s better to have a knowledgeable desert tour guide. I contacted Hassan from “To Morocco Travel”. We decided to do the 3-day private desert tour from Fez to Marrakech via Mergouza. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I can’t even explain how professional “To Morocco Travel” is. They use PayPal for a small deposit, you can pay the remaining balance once you are there. EASY BREZZY process. Our boys did AMAZING on the ride to the desert. Nice spacious van WITH Air conditioning. Hassan is extremely knowledgeable and we ALL learned something new with him. The history of each town we passed, the very important Berber culture and we all learned useful Arabic words. You can choose from Basic, Medium or Luxury accommodations and we chose the “medium” accommodation and OH MY! … GORGEOUS!! Felt like LUXURY. So I can’t even imagine how the actual luxury accommodations looks like.
After spending 3 days catering to our needs and even surprising us with few things, we wished we had book our entire vacation with them.
Hassan and his driver watched over our kids like they were members of their own family. If you are looking for a professional positive private desert tour guide, no need to look any further. Book with “To Morocco Travel”. Hassan and his driver were the best part of our trip and our boys will never forget them.
We are just so happy that our kids got to experience this desert adventure. So if you are wondering if the desert tour is family-friendly/kids friendly… IT IS!!!!!!

Originally it was only a 3 day tour from Marrakesh-Merzouga desert-Fez but because of their great service we got a good deal to be our guide throughout our 10 day trip. With our very patient and knowledgeable guide, Mustafa, our trip in Morocco made everything memorable. Thank you so much To Morocco Travel. Great service and great team!

My family and I travelled throughout Morocco with a driver and guide and it was fantastic. The itinerary was great, the views amazing. Plenty of stops and great explanations from our guide with professionalism and a great attitude.

I had such an amazing time seeing the beauty of the desert and the landscape across Morocco. Our tour guide Omar was really great at explaining the history of each place and of the Amazigh and Arab people. He was kind enough to stop over at a nomadic Berber tent so we can meet a nomad and see how they live even though we had limited time and it wasn’t part of the itinerary. I highly recommend him.
