I have seen pictures of the Madrasa and was fascinated with the architecture. This is one of the things that I wanted to see in Marrakesh but it is under reconstruction. Disappointed.

At first sight, this place is really really amazing. It is larger than it looks from the outside. However, I felt like I could've skipped this tour because there really isn't anything to it besides many many rooms with tiled walls and extravagant mirrors. If...More

Visiting this old madrasa is worth about 20 minutes of your time once you are strolling the souks. Interesting to see how the young boys lived and studied. Beautiful details all over.

Astounded, we saw the sign out front " Prohibited to non-Muslims-" All circled museums, on our tourist map were closed last week. If we had known this prior, we would not have taken the trouble to visit Marrakesh.
