About
Nicely designed and maintained gardens, similar to those of Generalife in Granada, Spain. It’s a good place to recoup from the intensity of the market atmosphere.

    Beautiful but busy
The gardens are absolutely stunning. It was smaller than I expected given the price. You could walk round it in as little as ten minutes or stretch it out for much longer. You must buy tickets online, and when you get there, you queue behind a sign saying what time you have booked for. All the people who have booked that time are let in together, so it is busy and quite crowded.

    Breathtaking!
My Mom and I visited here on the last day in Marrakech. I purchased our tickets ahead of time and it was definitely a time saver. We enjoyed the beautiful and breathing gardens. The Berber museum, while small, was educational. I loved the organized flow due to the high volume of visitors.

Worth a visit- even when busy
Definitely book in advance and yes it will be busy! Worth it though - lovely tranquil walk amongst the fabulous 2 acre landscaped garden using bright yellow and cobalt features. You can even leave your bags/coats in a secure area whilst you visit. Definitely recommend.

    Lovely Garden
The garden is small and unusual, mostly cactuses from the Americas! It’s a lovely respite from the hubbub of the city. The museum with Berber artifacts is small but exquisitely curated. The objects are top quality and well displayed. The gift shops are fabulous! The merchandise is top quality and surprisingly reasonably priced, especially the leather goods and jewelry.

    Stunning colours
We booked tickets online well in advance but we had to still line up in the hot sun for 20 minutes. The gardens are well maintained and the colour palette is lovely. The only downside was one security guard said backpacks were not permitted which is not noted anywhere on the website, not on the booking and certainly no guidelines written clearly at the entrance plus there were plenty other visitors with backpacks. When we pointed all this out, the guard backed off. A little ridiculous in my opinion.

    Beauty and Peace
Beauty and serenity combine in this lovely (previously) YSL-owned sanctuary. Unique look and feel, you will be treated to lush landscapes, calming water features, unique vignettes and outdoor spaces and a lovely boutique. Located in the middle of the city, this attraction is easily reachable by taxi, but buy tickets online and go early to avoid the crowds!

    Beautiful place for beautiful pictures
The colors of this garden are astonishing and it has a range of plants from all over the world. It located a bit far away from the touristic area so you probably will need a taxi to get there. The reasonable price to get there from the Medina is maximum 5 euros, so ask the driver before you enter the taxi how much it is gonna cost in order to not get scammed.

    Jardiniere Majorelle - Sublime
This is a beautiful garden in the heart of Ville Nouvelle. This was the first attraction we visited in Marrakech. You have to book tickets online. If possible get there early. We booked for 11am and it was fairly busy. Entry also includes the Berber Exhibition, long queue, but well worth it. Stunning display of Berber art and culture. The entry also includes the Yves St Laurent exhibition. Not really my thing, but never the less an impressive collection of his work, including drawings and outfits.

    Plan ahead, worth a visit.
The visit is well organised in time slots, there’s a restaurant at the gardens and more near the entrance. Book online beforehand. There’s a lot of posing for photos going on so be patient. The plants are beautiful. Well worth a visit.

Instagramable But Staff Could Be Nicer
The gorgeous and Instagramable Jardin Majorelle is a must-visit garden in Marrakech, especially for those with limited time. As a heads up, it's important to book in advance and arrive on time for your visit. Additionally, staff can be a tad extra for no particular reason. Exp. couldn't stand a small tripod on the floor to take pictures.

We toured on one of the worst days in the pouring rain! The gardens were still beautiful and worth seeing. I wouldn't say this is a must-see but it's definitely a should-see if you want to hit the well-knows sights of Marrakech.

I cant believe i wasted a perfectly good morning on this disappointing monstrosity. Don't waste your time and money on this small backyard garden, instead head towards Le Jardin Secret for a better experience, better scenery, better drinks, snacks and value for money.

I visited here 17 years ago and operationally it has changed dramatically.... Very efficiently managed but pre-booking is essential. Its much more popular that when I first visited, with a lovely shop and gallery - unfortunately the cafe let it down as we couldn't get service, but with a couple of other cafes near by outside, it was easy to get a drink nearby. (BTW, we couldn't spot a koi in the koi pond!)

Beautiful gardens, very tranquil away from the craziness of the soul. Whilst it was busy it was still very peaceful. Few nice shops and cafes outside with cheaper prices than one inside.

These gardens are very beautiful, however they are small, the entry is expensive (Kew Gardens in London is cheaper), queues to enter are long and entry delayed significantly beyond booked entry time. It is also very crowded, so it's impossible to sit and enjoy any of the gardens due to crowds. Additionally be careful if you are booking entry inclusive of the Berber museum after 4pm - we were booked for entry at 430pm, however because of the long queues and delayed entry the museum was closed by the time we reached it (it closes at 5pm sharp). Despite the queues being out of my control when I raised the issue with admin about not being able to enter the museum, they were unhelpful and refused to refund that part of my ticket. To be honest, I think there are better ways to spend your money and time in Marrakech - the Bahia palace was great for example and good value for money compared to here, or a day trip to the Atlas mountains costs about the same as entry to these gardens and is an amazing experience

Peaceful and cool with plenty of shade from the hot sun. Not too crowded as you have to pre-booked a timed entry ticket.
The cafe was very reasonably priced and food was good considering it’s a high turnover tourist attraction.

Unless you are a complete poser don't waste your time and money. This isn't a garden so much as a backdrop for the Instagram set.

Nice and beautiful, but it is really busy and it is not in medina we went by foot from center from medina a nice walk but it is not that close ! I expected more from the jardin and when choosing price and choosing for student price you have to show your student card or website to the staff.

It is a beautiful garden with mostly cactus plants, expensive entrance for a small space and you must book online since it is the only way to enter.
On the contrary, their national garden is beautiful and quiet, with free entrance near the central square. I recommend him unreservedly.
