An amazing experience - beautiful scenery and an opportunity to learn first hand about Morocco’s mountain settlements. We had a super guide Abdul who was both extremely knowledgable about the Atlas Mountains and great at communicating in English. Thank you for a wonderful day - I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to combine a physical challenge with natural beauty.

Myself and my boyfriend travelled to Morocco for 6 days and wanted to see as much as possible and so booked the combination trip with Marrakech Atlas Tours. We were impressed with the tour group from our initial contact with Omar via emails, who replied promptly and made booking easy. We started our trip in the Atlas Mountains with our guide Abdou, who was an exceptional guide and an all round top guy. The food, accommodation and views were brilliant (just to warn you, the Atlas Mountains are big and require some fitness). We then met our driver, Brahim, who was brilliant from start to finish. We travelled to the Sahara desert in a van with him, and even though the distances are long, the views and chat along the way made it very fun. Be prepared for long car journeys. The overnight stay in the desert is awesome, and the locals put a lot of effort in to ensure your stay is perfect! (Camels are uncomfortable). Overall, we couldn’t recommend the tour group enough. The guides are punctual and very friendly. Everything runs super smooth and they made our trip to Morocco special. Thank you!!!

My husband and I wanted to experience as much as possible of Morocco in a short period of 7 days. So we booked a tour with 2 days's trek in the mountains and 3 days (with driving, since the distances are quite vast) in the Sahara. The communication went smoothly from day 1. I received very good follow-up and Omar answered any questions I might have had. The trip was everything I could hope for! The guides were always punctual, friendly, but also giving my husband and I a lot of private space that I really appreciated. The food and places to spend the night at were great - nothing to complain about. You should of course be prepared for a more "adventurous" type of arrangements in the mountains. Travelling in November, we had our sleeping bags with us which was a smart decision. The nights got cold. The trip included a lot of driving. Our driver, whose name was also Omar, was very careful and considerate. I got the impression that the guys are trustworthy. For instance, after Omar (the driver) dropped us off in Marrakech on the final day, my husband had forgotten his jacket. We didn't even realise it before Omar came running to us with it. We were almost at the riad at that point, so I think it says a lot about the company's values. The only thing I lacked was more info about each day's schedule while we were on a trip. I had an overall plan we agreed upon, but it would have been nice to get more details on our way (for instance, what village we are going to stay at, at what pass we are having lunch, etc). But it didn't in any way make the trip any less amazing All in all - fantastic (and affordable) experience! Thank you guys.

It’s a good trip and I was really excited about it but having done the 7 waterfalls day before, I was a bit disappointed because the the waterfall wasn’t as big as the other ones I have seen. It was too busy and dangerous, too many people were trying to climb up at the same time as others were walking down. A saw a girl who almost slipped and fell down front of me. Definitely wear walking shoes, flip flops or sandals are not suitable for this trip. The view at the top was lovely, the tour guy walked us down using a much safer route. The lunch by the stream at the bottom was a view you’d pay for but the lunch wasn’t as delicious as it looked.
