Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I was initially scared when I arrived at my hotel located near this attraction. There were many people waving flags and shouting infront of this attraction. Hotel staff informed me that they were marching about the Palestine/Israel wars going on.

When the march ended and demonstrators left, I was able to get close to this attraction. The facades have beautiful, intricate motiffs. Will try see its interiors before leaving Tunis.

The building, is even more decorated from the inside. Clearly shows the fasts of the french imperial colonial days.

If you get the chance to go a representation there, take it without hesitation, the place is really charismatic and have a noble aura.

This is a beautiful building both outside and inside! Both times I went, I attended concerts of the Tunis Symphony Orchestra which sounded great! However, both times the shows were sold out, so don't expect to be able to show up the night of a show and just buy tickets.

The Municipal Theater was built in 1902 on a prominent position, Crn Avenue Bourguiba and Rue de Grece, roughly opposite the Cathedral. I has a suitably French architecture, in the Art Nouveau style.

We were impressed with the design of this building which serves an important purpose in the life of the city. It's a big theater with a lot of eating and drinking places around it. Nice design.

I visited it on a special occasion, liked the atmosphere but didn't enjoy the performance. You always need to check the background of the performers as it is used by many amateurs and fresh talents.

A great gem of a building architecturally from the outside that it is worth a stop to have a look at its lovely features and take a couple of photos - a design gem in this area of other buildings of differing style

I was gob smacked when I entered this beautiful building. In and out equally breathtaking. Heard the symphony play movie theme songs and they did two encores! The sound is exceptional.

Attended a concert for a popular band. Orchestra tickets were 30 dt, a bit pricey. The theater seems reasonable preserved and clean. the facade is beautiful, though some graffiti mars the exterior. Could not understand Arabic, but enjoyed the music and the crowd seemed to have a good time. Concert lasted about 2 hours. It was a fun and different experience. During the day (and at night) young people seem to just hang out on the stairs.
