A truly memorable experience! The best views of the Falls are from the Zimbabwean side, but the Zambian side is also worth visiting. Passport holders from SADC pay less than other international visitors on the Zimbabwean side ($14). All foreign nationals pay the same rate in Zambia ($20).

The water levels were very very high and so the Falls were raging in awesome breathtaking beauty. From the 3rd viewing point we were soaking wet. Advice: if you want to take amazing photos then take a water proof camera or phone that is waterproof, as it literally buckets down on you from the spray! Don't buy a waterproof poncho... More

Yes, the falls are absolutely amazing. We visited in early April and the flow was at it's peak so the "mist" was actually torrential rain. The views were largely obscured, with "white out" conditions for 5 minutes followed by 15 second glimpses of the falls. We also paid extra to visit both sides of the falls. It's $30 per person... Mosi oa tunya is magnificent. Thembi our tour guide was excellent. The walking paths, understandably wet were wide smooth and well marked. From the devils cataract in the west to the eastern cataract the end near the bridge, the walk was memorable. Unmissable.

Water from the Zambezi over the Falls very high at this time of the year (April), consequently we got very wet and not he best views because of the spray. Still enjoyed it though. (My 3rd visit)

A 30 dollars entrance fee per person for foreigners is very expensive. The walkways are well-maintained and beautiful. Rain gear is available for rent or purchase if one does not have a poncho or a gortex jacket. I had a rain jacket, but was drenched to the bone in March. In March, there is so much mist, it is difficult... More

Obviously the place everyone goes to visit, well worth it and can be done without a guide. Unless you are going to the bridge view you do not need to rent/buy a raincoat( very uncomfortable).

Victoria Falls was the reason we traveled to Zambia in the first place and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!!! It was everything we were hoping for and more. SO incredibly beautiful. I stood in awe. We walked around the whole park and enjoyed the falls from every vantage point we could. Be sure and bring a poncho... More
