There is not much to see in Monrovia and this is not a destination I would crave to visit. Providence island is polluted by noise and dark smoke from the bridge

We were able to visit with a guide from the ministry of tourism. This site has a lot of fascinating history but without the guides I don’t think we would have really gotten a sense of the site. The art installation created with guns and...More

🖒The Providence Island........what to say about it......it's just so nice and very historical......some settlers landed on this island when coming to Liberia. I encourage people to go there and discover new experience.👍

For a site that is quite rooted in Liberia's history, it is profoundly lacking in things to see. Poorly maintained. Worth a stop over as part of a tour but certainly not worth the visit or the traffic getting there

Nothing to see. Too much traffic and you can take 1 hour to cross all the Providence Island. The market is nice.
