I have seen the mall improve a lot with the addition of domino’s pizza and cold stone creamery, but it still isn’t the best for quality (go to Dunes) and and selection and price (go to apo, silverbird, wuse shops, and Abuja’s various markets. The restaurants are okay, but as a family with small kids we have to do take away and fast food because there is no play area in the mall. It’s improved a lot since I first came to Abuja when it just had a shoprite, Game, and a handful of South African chain stores. Now there is a lot more local content and useful things. There is a good watch place on the ground floor where I got my watch fixed. Bruno’s is also a good place to get your hair cut. There is an okay view of the lake, but no shade so not feels like a concrete jungle outside the mall. The parking situation on weekends is really chaotic especially during December. Overall it’s okay but not the best in Abuja.

Jabi lake mall is a mall that had a lot of promise but due to circumstances, can’t live up to expectations. By this I mean the absence of internationally recognized designer brands like Waikiki, Collins, Zara as well as internationally recognized food outlets like Starbucks, McDonald etc. However, there are several brands available in the mall but that zing and verve is missing. The place is secure and has various parking lots on different levels. The various shops also sell designer clothes and shoes and there are a couple of very good restaurants. There is also a major retail outlet for general stuff. In all, though it is satisfying shoppers, it could be better

When I am in Abuja, I frequently visit Jabi Lake Mall. I love sitting, under cover, in one of the restaurants by the lake. If it gets too hot, I slip into the mall and have an ice cream.
A pity that most everything there is a little overpriced. Also, don't expect the restaurants to open at their advertised times.
Having said that, I feel safe there as a westerners.

I've never in my life been to a Shopping Mall that so heavily caters to male shoppers. It was very obvious that most of the stores value male customers over females. Women, you won't feel special at this Mall. Although I am a man, it felt really odd. What's up with that??

Our trip was ok. Noticed the escalator going down was not working. May be it was intentionally switched off?
Noticed new shops. The seating area outside near dominos was quite dirty .May b a clean bin should b kept nearby and people should b told to clean up after themselves . There were empty pizza boxes etc littered all over that area and it didn't look nice.
The mall is a great place to take frinds & family. Lots to see and do.My kids like to go there for school supplies as well.

We have always found it convenient to shop at this mall. A large selection of stores for all your needs. And there’s a great restaurant there too. You can enjoy and relish on local dishes there! It’s called ARGUNGU restaurant. Both expatriates and locals patronize it.
Jabi Lake right next to it is a must see!

A very conducive environment for family shopping and relaxation. Excellent scenery with good play ground and materials for children playing. The car part is generous and you could shop on any item that can be found any where in the world. Good restaurants for local and international dishes.

Very fascinated and pleasantly surprised to find the Jabi Lake Mall Abuja which compares with malls in developed countries. The wide variety of shops were very delightful. The scenery of the lake was equally a sight to cherish. The mall is definitely a great tourist attraction worth visiting in Abuja FCT.
