Its a busy market with many ethnic wares. They are a little pricey but convenience of getting a few items after doing some shopping or having a meal at one of the places at the Arcades shopping mall makes up for it. Its a good...More

I visited this place twice on weekend. They have plenty of shops selling nice wooden stuffs but the mantra to buy stuff from the market is a good bargaining skills.

Mostly African curios - you can get better quaility items is South Africa. It is however interesting to browse through the area. At noon there were just a few people around.

Marvellous open air market well placed for a weekend afternoon curios shopping. With a variety of artefacts depicting warm African tradition and culture. Perfect leisure resort for crafts shoppers looking for the unmistakable Zambian hospitality.

I had my car broken into at the new parking lot opposite Protea. It has been a shame since they moved from the under renovation Arcades. Beware
