Bhutan Travel Club was very organized and professional. Our guide, Bijay, was very personable and spoke perfect english. He even went out of his way to make sure that our missing luggage (not BTC's fault) was found and delivered to us in Bhutan.

You might try taking them to a bank which can arrange exchange for you. Our banks offer such a service, for a fee, of course.
