Walking through this market made me want to find a kitchen to cook dinner. Lots of lovely looking produce, grains, meat and dairy. Truly a Farmer's market meant for the locals!

It's like any street market like any street of south Asian countries. It offers you to interact with local people. Buy some gifts for your folks. Eat some food and just roam around nothing much to do

Centenary weekend market in Thimphu is one of the cleanest vegetable markets I have ever seen in the world. We bought many local vegetables from here, my wife liked the varieties of foods and vegetables available here. Recommended for the travellers

Had a stroll in the weekend market & purchased many local fruits. the rates are high when they see a foreigner but one easily bargains. The fruits are very fresh & delicious.
