Absolutely first class service. We elected to go with our own guide and porter so we could move at our own pace. Krishna, (who knows the trails well having himself started as a porter in his teens), was everything you could ask for in a guide and nothing was too much trouble. He was also extremely patient with my need for rests on the lengthy ascents. (He offered to carry my backpack, but I would have been unable to return home with my head held high had I accepted!).
Unfortunately weather conditions sabotaged our first domestic flight and the company put in place a timely alternative road transport solution so the remainder of our trek was exactly as scheduled. The communication was first class, explaining what was happening to impede us, (not the making of the Company I should add), why, and the contingency plans available. This meant we were always aware of what the problems and solutions were and how they would work. We were also able to witness at first hand Krishna pulling out all the stops to assist another group that had been impacted by the weather and get them on schedule, I have no doubt that this is a company ready to use all the resources available to them to get things going when weather places obstacles in the way. A comforting thought indeed. In addition, email correspondence in the build up to the trip was attentive and timely by Anna, based in Europe, who addressed all our queries and concerns resulting in us being much better prepared.
Krishna was always ever ready to take photos of the key moments and iconic views with us in the foreground, something much appreciated as we often forget and I lean away from constantly pestering others to take our photos.
Although they offer fixed packages, they are flexible about you booking your own hotels at either end of the Trek and amend their fees accordingly, and if you stay on a few days extra will still do the inclusive airport transfer. (That said, leave the tea hose bookings well alone, they were well chosen and a highlight. Krishna was helpful with the menus and ordered food in advance for us ensuring it was served efficiently, as well as bringing a good supply of fresh fruit).

I and my boyfriend have joined the 8-days Langtang Valley trekking trip in late March with the help from Anna and Krishna.
Krishna is very helpful to us for the trekking preparation as well as some tourist information about sightseeing in Kathmandu.
During the 8 days trekking journey, we are really grateful and happy to have Bibek as our guide and Shiva as our porter. Bibek is a very experienced and friendly and knowledgeable guide that he took really good care of us during the whole journey. He would always try his best to fulfill our request and always make sure the best room and meal for us. He is also very encouraging to us that he would never push us to walk faster and just allow us to walk in our own pace and asked if we are ok with the walk. Also, he is really an excellent photographer!!
And our excellent and nice porter Shiva! He would always try to protect our safety (we slipped for many times during coming down from Kyanjin-Ri and he just kept helping us up all the way down) and we really thanked him for carry our bags and always help us for our meal!
We really had a very good and unforgettable experience in this trekking. We hope that we would come back again and we highly recommend Nepalorama Trekking to anyone who wants to go for a trekking!

Nepalorama were amazing from the very start! Helpful and communicative in the planning stage and stayed in contact in the build up to the trip with useful information and advice. All arrangements worked perfectly - airport transfers, hotels, guesthouses, jeeps, etc! During the trek, Bibek our guide was tremendous. He took great care of us and we achieved a 4700mpeak despite severe rainfall in the region which forced some changes to the itinerary. Our porters, Arjun and Narayan, were lovely guys and helped out at all difficulties along the trail. Finally, Krishnan met us on our return to Kathmandu and treated us to a fantastic final dinner. An amazing company and I am definitely going to use them again.

I fulfilled my ultimate dream when I returned to trek with Nepalorama Trekking again. Since my last trek to Annapurna Base Camp in 2019, I had been dreaming about trekking to Everest Base Camp, and in October 2024, I finally had the opportunity to do it. I knew I had to go with Nepalorama again. They are professional and deeply understanding, not only about the trekking routes but also about their clients' needs. Without Amrit, my trekking guide, I would not have completed the trek. He supported me all the way, both up and down the trail.
Krishna and Anna are both very responsive people. They managed everything and kept everything on track for me. I strongly recommend Nepalorama to anyone who wants to trek, regardless of their experience level - whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced. They can arrange everything to fulfill your needs.

For the first time in my life, I chose the ACT+Tilicho Lake route to Nepal. A professional guide, Mr. Krishna, was chosen by friends, who spent about six months from the scheduling to the official departure. During the walk, even when the weather is unstable, the Guide will be able to handle the journey properly.
As the altitude rises, our powerful porter-Mr. Manoj has given great help by arranging for the transportation of all the large luggage, delivering luggage safely and on time to the foot every day.
During the ten-day walk, Mr. Krishna always paid attention to everyone’s physical and mental condition, gave me a lot of encouragement, and when needed to reach out for help, not only took my backpack directly when continuing to climb, but also arranged various support from time to time, choosing a comfortable tea house, let us eat and sleep well every day, recover in a good environment, and complete all the walks in the safest state.
If you also want to come to Nepal for a physical and spiritual hiking party, the professional attitude and peace of mind of Nepal Trekking is definitely worth trusting!

My dad and I had this privately organised by Anna and Krishna with Bibek as our guide. The good reviews, overall look and feel of the website and Anna’s very prompt and on point communication was what made us choose them in the first place. We’d been to the region before and had some special requests regarding accommodation. Anna understood exactly what we were after and they did their absolute best to provide it.
Bibek is an amazing guide and great guy, very professional and knowledgeable about the mountains but also fun and accommodating.
Everything went smoothly most of the time and whenever we run into unexpected setbacks (the lodge they’d booked in Gokyo was actually still closed for instance) Bibek was quick to arrange an alternative that was even better than the original plan.
We would most certainly trek with them again and recommend them to anyone who asks.

The circuit trek was one of the most beautiful and surreal experience we have had in our trekking journey! The itinerary was completely customised as per our needs and comfort. Krishna and his team were immensely supportive throughout. Being our first trek in Nepal we had a lot of queries and Krishna was extremely patient in providing accurate information and helped us in perfectly planning the trek. My son and I did this trek again after eight years, and our experience with NEPALORAMA was totally different, having received from Anna and Krishn a quality service, very cordial treatment from the beginning and timely assistance to our requirements.
Bibek is a very qualified guide and a great person and we enjoyed every day.

We just came back from trekking at Gokyo with Nepalorama Trekking. Also our last two previous trekking at ABC and EBC. Thier service and trip arrangements is 5 stars. Guide and potters are also great, they can communicated in English very well. If you are looking for the agent for trekking in Nepal, this agent is for you.

We did a 10-day trek to Annapurna, round trip from Pokhara, with Krishna, and it was a fantastic experience! Krishna is an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, and we had a great time with him. He knows how to adapt to the walking pace and adjusts the route if needed. He helps us with administrative formalities (photo, visa, etc.). He also helped us choose the equipment according to the route and the weather in the best shops in Kathmandu. A trustworthy person whom we highly recommend. Thanks again for this great time, Krishna!
