Though this place has a lot of pubs, restaurants and dance bars, it feels that you’re perhaps in a shady, dark street full of pimps waiting to get you inside their bars. The food is below average and the shops are just fine. Nothing great.

Heavy rain is easy to find in the end of May, so I think you need to bring a rain cover jacket. The temperature is hot in Kathmandu, T-shirts is OK in the city.

Yes, its better to have rain cover jacket and off course an umbrella if you just come to visit Kathmandu but if you want to do trekking then you need rain cover jacket, warm down jacket, wind proof taujar, trekking boot... More

Yes-Suggest plenty of Camping gear available ,but as we were already set up did not particularly take notice. Would be pretty certain you would have no problems- Also sure they are available in Pokara.
