I had just finished the Annapurna Circuit and a massage was certainly on the cards! I took the good reviews to direct me to Jiva spa and was introduced to the amazingly wonderful and talented Jyoti! I was still suffering with a shoulder/neck strain and Jyoti ensured the right pressure on that particular side. Pressure was perfect, but she did ask prior to the massage about any areas in particular and the proffered amount of pressure. I had a 30 minute neck/shoulder massage and it did the trick! I didn’t have a booking, but was lucky that they could accomodate me immediately! I’m likely to go back tomorrow for Part 2!! I can only imagine how great a full body massage would be, although my trekker legs are still not up to anyone touching them for a few more days. The Spa is a tad tricky to find, just head down to Busy Bee cafe and just before you enter swing a right down a little ally way and the signs will point you to Jiva from there. Tranquil music in the massage rooms, warm lemon water on arrival too. There is no rush to leave. Thank you Jyoti and the team at Jiva. One happy (and pain free) customer to add to your fan club! I had a Nepalese 60 min massage which was fabulous . My therapist found all the knots I didn’t know I had and used just the right amount of pressure to work them out . Lovely surroundings and very professional . I will most certainly go again and can thoroughly recommend

Down for the day rain today, so I had a back and shoulders massage, and a pedicure. The Lady was terrific - the best massage I have ever had!, and the Pedicure was great too. My feet never looked and felt so good.
