Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

During my recent trip to Europe last month (ended in Feb. 1), I had a chance to visit 4 different airlines' lounges, namely EVA Air's Lounge (twice), Thai Airways' Royal Silk Lounge (twice), Singapore Airlines' SilverKris Lounge and Turkish Airlines' Lounge (once), in two different occasions (both inbound and outbound flights) prior to my departing flight from BKK.
This was my 3rd visit to EVA Air Lounge (the previous 2 visits took place last year). It was still an excellent experience for me because of two reasons : First, the lounge itself was tastefully designed (much better than Thai Airways' Royal Silk Lounge) and second, I could find my favorite Thai food here (Mango with sticky rice and Thai young coconut).
The EVA Air Lounge was never fully occupied - it was in the quiet side compare to other lounges in BKK (which was certainly good for me) every time I visited it - I was there in the lounge after 5:00 pm this time, in two other occasions, I was there around noon. Although the food selection was not as much as the ones offered in Singapore Airlines' SilverKris business Lounge in BKK, they were of good quality (similar to food quality served in Singapore Airlines' Lounge).
They also offer few PCs in the lounge (which was great) as well as shower facility in the lounge (never try but I will in my next trip). The EVA Air Lounge is located in 3rd floor (F concourse, near gate F1), not too far away from both Turkish Airlines' and Singapore Airlines' SilverKris Lounges.

Friendly and cheerful welcome by staff at reception. Lounge is well appointed with ample seating and quiet areas. Good selection of snacks, coffee, teas and beverages. This lounge is much smaller than the Thai lounge way down other end of 3rd floor but is much quieter and more relaxing than the over crowded THai lounge.

The Eva lounge is very clean, quiet and relaxing. We went here right when it opened and were happy with the breakfast food and drink options. This is a good option if you can get in on a Star Alliance ticket and was comparable to the Singapore Silver Kris lounge.

We went in the lounge to get a shower and wait for our flight. The lounge was noisy with people using their phones to watch TV without headphones and a group of drunks all shouting at each other. We were given a card saying we were number 2 in the queue - but left after an hour to get a shower in another lounge. Not recommended.

I have used this lounge before at BKk. EVA business class are superb. They also have their own lounge at BKK. It is compact, but smart and comfy with a good selection of food and drinks. Superb service as well, alongside their business class offering. By far the best business class service I have used between London and Bangkok

My first flight with EVA and my first visit to the EVA lounge being a Star Alliance Gold member. Nice welcome from the staff. The lounge was quiet, due to the timing of my visit, I didn’t try any of the food or drink options, except for a mineral water and an ice cream. However, I did notice a well stocked bar and a food station. The lounge as such is dark and feels outdated, it is dreary. The Thai, Singapore Airlines and Cathay lounges tops EVA in Bangkok for sure.

Whilst the lounge is smaller than Thai Airways lounge, I would say the food at Eva lounge is better. Love the coconuts, instant cup noodles, ice cream selection in addition to the standard fare. Joining wifi with QR code. Is a better option too.

Great lounge with nice food. And very pleasant staff. They have lockers to lock your bag in so you can leave it while you shop. As well they have two very high end massage chairs, Which are amazing. Very nice quiet place to rest before the flight.

As airport lounges go this is one of the better ones. Easy to find, well stocked food & drinks. The food was really very nice, comfortable not crowded, comfy seating. A good way to while away a few hours waiting for connecting flight.

The Eva lounge at BKK has to be one if my favorite lounges. The one thing that really stands out at the Eva lounge is the food, it is without doubt the best lounge food I have experienced.
With massage chairs, beautifully appointed decor and staff that simply treat you like royalty, you can’t go wrong.
If your at BKK, check it out and be sure to try the pizza, it might possibly be the best pizza you will ever eat:)
