We did 2 tours with Hidden Bangkok and couldn’t be more pleased. Our guide Mu took us to hidden gems we would have never found on a group tour never mind by ourselves. He was so attentive, patient, informative and knowledgeable. His insights to the behind-the-scenes of Bangkok were amazing. Little factoids and stories that you just won’t find online. We had a wonderful lunch at a local families home that was truly a highlight. And the long boat tour along the Bangkok Yai canal was the thing of dreams! Mu is an outstanding person who continues to offer help when we have questions even days after the tour is over. You’ll never see Bangkok like this!

Had a lovely couple of hours exploring the canals of Bangkok. Booked via what's app, quick and clear instructions, times and pin drops were sent. Arrived and boarded boat for our private tour, we had the option to have a tour guide but declined.
Our boat driver was excellent at navigating the swell when the fast long tail boats zoomed passed and he pointed out monitor lizards, slowed down so we could take photos and asked if we wanted to get off the boat and walk around Phra Buddha Dhammakaya Thepmongkhon.
We saw food sellers and children playing in the canals. After a leisurely cruise we came to the Chao Phraya River, this seemed scary in our little boat, we were given life jackets to wear and again the driver was superb at navigating the large swells and various boats.
A good enjoyable day, if you have a couple of hours spare or want to see Bangkok without the traffic I would definitely recommend you book with Hidden Bangkok

A very warm friendly greeting, our guide Jazzy was so knowledgeable so kind very fun and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend booking with Hidden Bangkok Tours they really enhanced our experience we had so much fun made some great memories for my travels. I can’t wait to go back to Bangkok and use them again! Easily five stars.

The communication with this company to book the tour was one of the best I have experienced. Using WhatsApp messaging it was very easily booked with the staff who answered messages quickly. The tour we did was No.2, and I would recommend this one. It was a pleasant cruise around the back canals on Bangkok and was very interesting to see this aspect of the city. There was a stop at a Wat (temple) with the biggest statue of Budha I've ever seen. We were dropped off at the Taj Marharaj. I would recommend going upstairs for an excellent lunch in a Thai restaurant overlooking the River.

What an amazing trip. We absolutely loved every second. From the moment we arrived at the quirky quintessential Thai local cafe we knew we had made a good decision. It was really off the beaten track but we were given helpful and accurate instructions to get there. Our English speaking guide was delightful and gave us intelligent interesting facts about our trip throughout the duration. Our experienced boat driver made us feel very safe. We travelled at a just the right speed to enjoy and feel relaxed. She kindly slowed down whenever we saw something we found interesting. We loved our little stop off points too and really loved meeting the boat lady selling great souvenirs on the canal. An absolutely ideal way to see old Bangkok

We greatly enjoyed the authentic food experience. The hidden tours of Bangkok staff were vastly knowledgeable of the food, the city, and the culture. Zipping around town in Tuk Tuks, eating every Thai dish imaginable. From street venders to restaurants to markets this is the best way to see the evening food scene in town. Many hidden surprises made the adventure even more exciting, Including a night view of a local Wat (I’ll keep it a secret - you’ll have to go to find out!!)
This is worth every moment! Unforgettable. Skip breakfast and lunch, this is an eating marathon and I would recommend for everyone!

Likely the best “hidden” gem in Bangkok for guided tours. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful and P Jazzy is an amazing guide that spoke incredible English. The boat ride was wonderful and showed me and my family a side of Bangkok that tourists wouldn’t normally see. This is a MUST on your itinerary and I would not hesitate to contact Ohm, Ploy, or anyone else from Hidden Bangkok Tours to book another tour in the future.
Easily accessible by Taxi or Grab, and the locals were also helpful in pointing us in the correct direction down the alley to the restaurant where the tours operate out of.

We had such a great time. We paid the extra for an English speaking guide and it was Ohm the owner. It was so good to have him with us, explaining the history the river life and sharing his experiences. He is so passionate about everything from the food, the local people, the history and culture. A great ambassador for Thailand and a genuinely good hearted person. The boat driver was lovely and was so careful. Its the best way to see the canals and river as the boat goes just at the right speed. You get to see and experience it all. Thanks Ohm. You have created a charming experience for anyone sho wants to see and know about life on the water.

We really enjoyed our tour of the canals this morning. The guide spoke excellent English and told us so many interesting things about Thailand, the history of Bangkok, and the community living around the canals. This tour was highly recommended to us and in turn we would also gladly recommend. For our convenience we were dropped off at the end of the tour at Wat Arun.

We organised a private canal tour for four of us. Thankfully Bangkok Hidden Tours arranged a taxi to collect us from our hotel and bring us to the starting point. The starting point was down some narrow laneways and like their name seemed a bit hidden.
The guide was good and knowledgeable.
The problem was that when they dropped us off onto a pier, they put us in a pier that had construction and there was no way off except by boat. They did not respond to calls for help. We had to summons a long tail boat and negotiate a difficult transition from the high pier to the low long boat.
Hidden Bangkok Tours have still not responded to my emails or apologised for their mistake.
Use this service at your peril as clearly safety is not their concern.
