The boats are very effective if you are close to the river. They cost nothing and moves quickly. You can also take a long tour and use them for sight-seeing.

Great way to get around and avoid traffic. Combine it with the BTS and Taxis and Tuk Tuks and you can choose which suits each trip the best. This is a great way to get to China town when traffic is bad.
