Very impressed with the cooking class these guys offer. This class focused a lot on theory (e.g. what herbs are available in Thailand and how to substitute in the US). Everything tasted good, looked beautiful, and really accommodated my wife and I who are vegetarians. We had a pretty big class size (15 people or so) but they have stellar... More

This was a great way to spend the morning and felt a genuinely authentic way to learn to cook Thai food. Our guide was incredibly informative and all dishes cooked were delicious! Good way to meet people and plenty of food to enjoy. Very highly recommended!

This cooking class was a fabulous experience and is affordable. Take the morning class so you can experience the nearby market and learn all about Thai ingredients. Plus you have a little time to explore on your own before heading back to the school to get cooking. The staff are friendly and so efficient. I was impressed by how much... More

We started with a local market tour to shop ingredients and one of the teachers explained us the different ingredient families and their use in cooking, which was insightful. Cooking itself took place in an air-conditioned room and, what I liked most, also in comparison to some other cooking classes I've done in the past - we really got to... More

I just loved this school, it was really professional. Everything was so well organised and all of the team was so friendly and effective. We were really lucky because we had Koy as our teacher and she couldn't have been better: she was nice, warm and funny. She explained everything so well and her passion for her job is obvious.... Great place and delicious food. Period. This was my first cooking class and I'm amazed. Everything was explained and showed in a clear way. Our teacher talked about every aspect of cooking - how to choose right ingredients, proper way of preparation, how to cook and serve them. During our course we made 3 dishes + desert.

This is the kind of activity where you just can't find anything to say but: AMAZING! Very good quality/price, extremely nice and funny people, you learn a lot, eat incredible food... I have no word!

Amazing cooking class with funny, smiling and very professional teachers. The cook is very good and teach you 4 ridiculously good dishes and different cooking techniques as well. You will laugh, learn and eat well. One more argument: the price, one of the lowest you can find in Bangkok.

Excellent cooking school in Bangkok. Koy was a great instructor - kept things moving along with good information about the ingredients and approach to Thai cuisine. The school was very professional - not just focused on the cooking, but the presentation as well - we learned how to cut tomato based roses. We had taken a course before in Chaing... More

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
