BKK Tours organizes private and personalized day tours guided by professional licensed tour guides in and around Bangkok. We show the well known highlights, explore the hidden gems, meet the locals, experience the local traditions, and enjoy the delicious Thai cuisine. Our goal is to give a positive contribution to the local communities by engaging local people and small businesses in our tours.

The company is a small family operated business by a Dutch-Thai couple, Michiel and Air. We have a business license from the Tourism Authority of Thailand to operate tours under the name of BKK Tours. It will be very much our pleasure to be your host.

We used BKK tours for a private tour using public transportation (which I recommend because you really get a feel for the city). We saw quite a few temples, a local market, did a long tail boat ride, and an authentic thai lunch. All in all it was a perfect day, everything went smoothly and our guide was SO helpful... More

BKK organised a fantastic 2 day tour of Bangkok for us. They collected us from port when our cruise ship docked there for 2 nights. The transport was efficient and the driver was always on hand to provide cold drinks and facecloths. The tour guide was fantastic and really made our tour of Bangkok very special. Our visit to the... Pleasure to work with from early communications to returning us to our ship after the two day tour. Excellent recommendations and arranged cost effective upgrade in hotel. Husband and wife team. We had wife, Ms Air, who we highly recommend although her husband also worked with us on planning and whom we met several times. Tour takes you to areas... More

Our BKK tour started at our cruise ship. The guide and driver arrived on time in a first class, air conditioned van complete with wifi. Water and cold towels were available throughout the day which was a good thing because it was 36C with 90% humidity. Before lunch, we visited the flower market and Wat Pho temple. Lunch was at... Our two day Bangkok tour with Miss Si of BKK was amazing. We were a party of 6 who were picked up in Laem Chabang port. The van was very comfortable and, every time we returned to it we were greeted with cold water and towels. In Bangkok, we sampled street food, went on a Tuk tuk, visited the flower... More

Please do not be confused by similarly named tour companies. There are more than a few. Make sure in your emails that it's Michial your communicating with. Many negative reviews you read here do the company an injustice due to the mistaken identity. On Feb 4, we did the Erawan Falls/Bridge over the river Kwai tour. This is the second... More

We booked BKK Tours as they are well rated in Trip Advisor, and we thought their itineraries looked good. We decided since our cruise ship was going to be overnight in Laem Chabang port, we'd spend the night in Bangkok. I contacted them several times to fine tune the tour, and Michiel always responded quickly. He was very good at... More

What a great day my husband and I experienced with Ms. Air. We did the private mini van tour and added The Palace (must see). Ms. Air was a gracious hostess and the driver was excellent. The minivan looks brand new and is well equipped. The restaurant used for the tour was very good with many choices. Everything is well... More

Our tour guide was Ms. Air. On day one, we had an amazing time seeing the major sites in Bangkok where mode of transportation for that day was tuk-tuk and a very nice long boat ride. The lunch was OK. Next day we did the railway market (excellent) Ta Kha floating market (small but authentic) and then Damneon Saduak (somewhat... More

We opted for a private 2 day tour. It was the Best way to see everything we wanted to see in a short time frame. We were met inside the cruise terminal as promised, Ms Oi was our guide. Our 10 seat van was right outside the door waiting for us. The drivers area up front, looked a airplane cockpit.... More

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
