Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The stadium is the venue for all major music concerts in Bangkok. Its huge and once inside its wonderful. But the challenge is getting there. There is no metro / subway near the stadium so reaching qnd getting back is a real issue. The roads leading to it get jammed so even taxis and tuk tuk don't reach the gates. Plus for big concerts the rates go crazy. On way back after conc5, tuk tuk drivers ask for 3000 baht for a short trip which should cost 300 baht. To have international level concerts and make no travel /traffic arrangements is poor management atleast extra busses to the city can be arranged in the least. Plus is hot weather this open venue isn't the best experience. Bangkok needs to learn from Singapore to host international events. A venue without public transport and no alternative arrangements isn't a great idea for a big event.

Nice stadium. Easy to access and good stewarding. Good view of the pitch. Stand isn’t covered but plastic macs were supplied for the rain we had. Biggest issue is getting there and back if it is a big event. Gridlock. Took twice the time suggested by google maps

The venue was surrounded by many affordable hotels that were less than 10 minutes away on foot. The chairs weren't too cheap. Staff was very friendly and were very helpful when asked questions. Many resting areas and umbrellas to protect from the heat. Chairs weren't placed too close together and it was still easy to see the stage and to move around comfortably.

It is huge and gigantic stadium. We visited the Rajamangala stadium a day before the concert day and just to find out the easiest way to get there. We stayed at Livotel Hua Mak which located 2kms from the venue and took us 20 mins walk only. So we can have our sweet time and not rush to the stadium. I was amazed by the fact, there were a lot of convenient stores. 7E store was in every 200 metres. I'm telling you the truth. We did not have any problem to buy foods and drinks as most of the thing they sold, were halal.

This stadium is a headache. I read all the possible reviews, blog posts and whatnot because it's my first visit to this stadium and I was told the stadium is a mess. There's no public transport to the place and it's a mess. If you're visiting you have 3 options

a) Book a hotel nearby (and you have to do this really early)
b) Walk to the nearest station which is probably about 3km
c) Get your driver to wait for you about an hour before the concert finishes

Going into the place has massive traffic too - what 20 minutes journey turned out to be about an hour 10 mins. When leaving the stadium you rather have your driver wait slightly further, the traffic to leave the place is crazy too

I got myself Option C and got it done with because I was not prepared to stay in any of the hotels near the stadium - they all looked too dodgy for me and the nicer ones were already gone when I wanted to book

The stadium itself is just like another stadium, Ed Sheeran's concert was properly organised, toilets doesn't have toilet paper so you may want to bring some

It's an open air stadium and it was not raining that night and we were perfectly happy with the wind

However, it is a fat chance to ever return to any concerts held in this stadium - never going back here again

Not the best stadium, but it's biggest in Thailand. Located in high density area and lack of public transportation. This causes a lot of problems for the fans, but it's the only way to have around 40,000 fans in the same place.

Its a huge stadium and great place for concert. You can stay nearby hotel for the concert and just walk over rather than taking a cab back to hotel during heavy traffic hour. Travel wisely~ This is Bangkok~~

Huge stadium. Great layout. I was sitting on the far most top. Very cool breeze up there. Easy entry and exit. The climb up it a little tiring though.

I'm here for Coldplay AHFOD tour 2017. Toilets quite clean ( maybe because it's before the concert where not many people go the toilets). Though it's an open air stadium, and the concert at at 8.30 PM but still the humidity was way over my expectation. After concert, the road was a mess, I have to walk for 2,5 hours to finally get a transportation! What an experience huh...

I went there with 2 of my friends. This place is far from public transportation, bts / mrt / taxi. When the concert is over, I have to walk about 5 km to get a taxi
