Well, Melbourne have Chadstone, Bangkok has Mega Bangna. It is the best designed mall in Bangkok. Of course they had the space. But nevertheless it was done properly. They do offer a free bus from the BTS station so even if you are staying in Sukhumvit you can get here easily. There is Ikea here and basically all the major... More

There are many big malls in Bangkok but this is even bigger than others. It is like a whole town all air-conditioned and so smart.

It's a huge mall with a good mix of international and local tenants. Robinson, IKEA and Tops are all here. Spacious, clean and pleasant to spend the day from the heat outside.

To get there will take you at least 40-60 min. From Udomsuk BTS go down exit 5 and turn left to the bus stop in front of the 7/11 and wait for the Mega Bangna shuttle bus that is marked Ikea on the side. Depending on traffic, It leaves every 30min. Be prepared to fight for a seat as there... More

This Mall is located a bit far from the Center of Bangkok but close to the Suvarnabhoomi Airport in the Bangna Area.I saw the mall first time from the outside while returning back from Pattaya to Bangkok and it was huge. The best way to go there is to catch a free shuttle bus [Every 20 to 30mts] from outside... More

Full range of shops, including IKEA and HomePro, plenty of restaurants, classy foodcourt on the second floor, big parking. On holidays and in the evenings it's difficult to find a parking spot, and beware of the "automatic" glass doors that don't always open automatically. Free shuttle bus from BTS Udomsuk.

This mall is absolutely huge, its near the airport not the city so better go on the way from or to the airport as we did. There are so many shops and restaurants can stay most of the day here easily.

Bangkok anyway is a paradise for shoppers, window-shoppers, or just people which want to know what s new, in any field of business and marketing ! Mega Bangna is with Ikea, home-pro larger than Central World, which also doesn't anything open - Mega Bangna is more like US_Malls but with Thai flair and freedom - so no worries - shopping... More

Quite massive and fully functional with a slew of international brands and some excellent eating options - has a full sized Ikea attached to boot. Only gripe was that there was no Free WiFi - it was limited to 30 mins for people on an International Sim Card.
