Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

You will note from the attached booking confirmation that we booked (from the UK via trip advisor) a show called the ‘Nanta Show’ in Bangkok. The money was taken straight away from American Express. I liaised with the company via yourselves because it says that they will collect you from your hotel if your staying in Bangkok city but did not ask for any hotel details! I sent them a message (via yourselves) to set out the hotel we were staying at and asked for confirmation that they would be collecting us - this was acknowledged and confirmed.
On the day of the booked event we arrived in the lobby 30 mins before collection time and waited at the entrance of the hotel and were talking to the concierge. An hour later we told the concierge what was happening and asked if we could use their phone to call the numbers on the booking. One of the numbers was ringing and a lady would answer (lady who we now know is called Buggy) who advised us that she was having her lunch and for us to call back - before we could proceed she terminated the call. She then refused to answer. We then called Viator who also called Buggy and she was told the same thing. Viator told us that they would record on their system and for us to liaise with yourselves to resolve the issue after our trip.
We then called American Express who said that they would investigate. It now transpires that they the show DOES NOT and DID NOT EXIST around that time that we had booked as the show was in the process of relocating many months prior. Viator are alleging that they came to collect us from our hotel and we weren’t there, this is a blatant lie! The hotel concierge at the Banyan Tree where we were staying can fully vouch for this as they waited with us and nobody arrived. On liaison through American Express with Viator they further lied to say that they were tying to call my mobile number which again is an outrageous lie.
American Express are not able to take this further with them and therefore we seek your assistance in resolving this issue and for our money to be refunded immediately.

I watched Nanta previously in Seoul many years ago and kinda have a lower expectation to the one at Bangkok.
Well to my surprise its crazy funny and the actor are definitely super duper funny hilarious and make this show alive and elevate this maybe better than Seoul !! ok maybe its the same
This Nanta theatre though is located at DC plaza a huge mega mall with very few crowd and shops, there’s a food center at level 5’though, the nanta itself is at level 4 by the way
I booked a Vip ticket seat and got the front row :) very worth the $30/- i will say

Went to the show with my family. It was a very last minute impromptu decision and we are glad we went and see it. It hilarious and entertaining show. My kids and I enjoyed it. After the show finish, there a photo opportunity with the actor/actress and it priced at 100 baht with a photo folder and a photo print out. Very worth it.

It was a very energetic show in Bangkok. They have moved to DC show mall. Don't get it wrong since some hotel only has old brochure of Nanta show like my hotel. Just go to DC mall.
I salute to all performers on the show. They dance and play the ryhthmic music instruments nonstop for 1 hour. They also could act well. It was easily understood since they mostly used gestures. It was worth to watch it, especially if you come with children.

We booked the tickets from agency. they do provide free shuttle bus from Phetchaburi Station to the places. but after the show, is there any "free" transport to send us back to Phetchaburi Station. If not, how you all go back after the show?

Me too booked the show from agent, but the package include free bus from and to the hotel. However, if they dont provide shuttle bus back to the hotel, my suggestion is take an uber, it would he easier.

We booked tickets from agency, do we need to exchange them from Nanta theatre? If yes, we need to go earlier to get better seats?

Yes you will need to print your voucher or have you booking on your phone to exchange the your tickets while at the theatre. We went about an hour and a bit early and got the first row.
