Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

IMHO this bridge is not an attraction at all. And when I visited this review page, I found one misplaced review for the Bridge Over the "River Kwai", one misplaced photo of the Rama VIII bridge (which is architecturally striking), and another nighttime photo of ??? (to dark to make out).

Phra Pin-klao (Bridge, but that's redundant across languages) connects Ratchadamooen Klang Blvd with Thonburi. It passes Central Plaza Pinklao shopping centre heading toward the Southern Bus Terminal. It's busy with cars, lorries, and buses. A minute or two (if traffic is moving) and you're past it, into or out of Thonburi.

This bridge is the turn around point for the river cruise. And it’s pretty during the ugly time with illumination. Good to see from the river. And if you took the taxi, it’s also easily to recognize from other bridge.

The Pinklao Bridge is rather unimpressinve as bridges go. It is one of the more non-descript structures over the Chao Phraya. All the photos submitted are actually of the Rama VIII bridge, which is a couple of kilometers upstream from the Phra Pinklao Bridge.

Just a bridge. Not really sure why it’s on TripAdvisor or, for a matter of fact, why I searched for it.

This is one of many bridges in Bangkok which connect each side of the river. It is impressive and shows that the Thais do have good engineering ability when it matters and when it’s needed.

It was a nice walk from Wat Arun to the bridge but it was worth to see the Wat Arun temple when the sunset arrives. Lovely view and would recommend for a good photo-session.

A useful vehicle & pedestrian bridge across the Chao Phraya River connecting Rattanakosin Island to Thonburi on the right bank of the river. It is undergoing renovation with improvement to the steps, the footpaths either side, barriers and cladding on the bridge. Walking up the steps on the Rattanakosin Island side affords a good view of the river, especially upstream to the Rama VIII cable-stayed bridge.

Phrao Pinklao Bridge connects the Rattanakosin Island to the Thonburi District. This 658 m long bridge is named after King Pinklao. He who was the brother of Mongkut, King Rama IV, who made him the viceroy of Siam from 1851- 1866. This bridge was completed in 1973. It runs parallel to the bascule Memorial Bridge.

These are the photos of Phrao Pinklao Bridge. Those posted earlier here are of Rama Bridge.

Modern looking bridge, which is open to pedestrians, which can cross the bridge both directions. Nice spot after dark, when one can observe many cruise boats passing by.

Bridge with a nice sidewalk from where you can admire the river. Of course the traffic and noise are excessive. Below there is also the relevant Pier.
