W District (not W Market) is a large open area in an arty space that has lots of food stalls and a couple of bars. Salubrious it isn't, but fun and reasonably priced it is. Well worth a visit to check out the very varied...More

One of my favorite places to have few beer towers since I live quite near. Lots of options to eat. Before there were mostly Thais drinking and eating but nowadays "farangs" have find this place also. Some evenings can get little bit over crowded.

Well established outdoor market with nice mix of local and international food as well as a place to have some alcoholic beverages (few decent bars with both, indoor and outdoor seats). Good place to watch sports events, since quite a few places offer big screen...More

W Market is basically an outdoor food court catering to those that live nearby. Fancier with more international options than a normal purely Thai place but more casual and far cheaper than say The Commons in Thonglor which is the indoor more upscale version. So...More

It was more like a place to eat, drink and chill. Not exactly a market. However, there were a lot of food choices but mostly not local.

This is my favorite casual eat out after a long meeting at offices after being tired of hotel food. Surrounded by modern buildings, this cute little chaotic market offers a variety of food from local Thai to Pizza.

Thong Lor & Ekamai
Known as Bangkok’s hippest neighbourhood, Thong Lor
and Ekamai is where the city's well-dressed and
well-heeled spend their nights sipping cocktails in
hidden speakeasies and posh restaurants. Live it up in
one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared
to brush shoulders with a Thai celebrity or two. While
great for a night out, the area is nothing short of
interesting during the daytime, either. Expect a mix
