Great place for a lot of your shopping needs. As a tourist, you get a phone, fix your phone, get disposable SIM cards, or grab an expensive or cheap meal. The cheap meal is the selling point for me. Down in the basement of all...More

We were staying in the Centara Ladprao, just next to the mall - you just need to walk through a car park, so spent a bit of time here. Apparently it was refurbished relatively recently, and it certainly is beautifully air conditioned and very bright...More

This is a very nice mall, very efficiently run and cool air-conditioning. You can find everything that you need under the roof, good crowd and lots of good sales too. There are plenty of good F&B outlets here too. They have a very nice cinema...More

This is a really nice mall that is not crawling with tourists. They have a lot of shops and restaurants, plus a movie theater. It is a bit far from the center of town, but you can get there via MRT.

Whilst it is somewhat typical of most complexes, it does seem to have a greater mix of shops. We ate a one of the many restaurants, as well looked at clothes, cameras computers ,and other bits and pieces. At one end there is a smaller...More

Just up the road from chatuchuk outdoor markets and the next BTS stop at Ladprao, is Central Plaza. It might surprise you that it has everything that all the other Central Plazas have, big brand names, similar prices, but with more local Thais and less...More

Every weekend, thousands of tourists make their way up
to this Northern Bangkok suburb to get lost in an
enormous maze of shops at the Chatuchak Weekend
Market. Home to almost 10,000 vendors, you’ll find
everything from vintage sneakers to comic books and
Thai handicrafts being sold here. You name it,
Chatuchack probably sells it. The market is a great
place to pick up souvenirs, but be sure to bargain for
