I went to SO Spa for 90 mins Aromotic massage on Sunday afternoon and it was amazing! The venue was beautifully decorated and incredibly tranquil. Jajah, the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly and provided clear explanations. My therapist, Nut, was highly skilled. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Came here without expectation but Khun Baitoey - receptionist welcome me with a good manner, and appropriate gesture. My therapist today was khun Weha - beyond my expectation, his performance and professional as therapist made my body relax. One of the best spa in my experience.

I did aromatic massage for 60 minutes. The staff were very polite and friendly, especially my therapist ‘Weha’, he did a great job. There are 3 choices of essential oil to choose from. The environment is very private, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended!

After a long few weeks of travel I decided to treat myself at this award winning spa and was not disappointed! I signed up for the Jade Experience, and my treatment specialist was Chain, Jajah who was absolutely wonderful. His calming presence made me comfortable immediately and used exactly the right amount of firm pressure for my massage. The jade stones helped smooth my skin beautifully and even days later my skin is glowing and soft from the jasmine oil. This place deserves all the accolades it has won so far, and is one of the many reasons you should book this hotel or treat yourself to a service here.

Had a wonderful experience here with their aroma massage, you get to have several options of aroma oils to choose from. Baitoey and Kung were very attentive and took care of me very well. Would definitely recommend to book in advance because it’s totally worth it! And the snacks are yummy!

This is the best spa in Bangkok for sure! Kung from reception is very friendly and professional which explained all the details and answered all our queries. Capmoo the therapist is skilful and understand my needs very well. Will definitely come back

It was my first time at the SO SPA. I have tried many spas in Bangkok, particulalry in luxury hotels, but this was the most relaxing experience. I came for Urban Longetivity Facial. I fell asleep during the soothing massage by Khun Nut. The spa itself is also very beautiful, especially the view over the city, the Lumphini park and the swimming pool. The overall service was at the highest level with very friendly and caring staff. Khut Kung at the reception was also very nice. I can't recommend this spa enough.

The aromatic massage is recommended. I feel relaxed and fall asleep during the spa session. The staffs are well trained. Khun Capmoo and Khun Baitoey welcomed and took care my mom and me with lovely services.

So/ Bangkok is the best place to get a masssge! I went for the 60 minute massage and mini facial and I feel rejuvenated and relaxed. Wa was my massage therapist and did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. Kuug assisted to make sure I had the best experience. While I waited on the massage I used the infinity pool and sauna room. 5/5 definitely recommend and I will be back!

Freshly renovated rooms. Lovely staff at every section. Very good bed and amenities in room I had a club room and it was really worth it. Great afternoon tea, and cocktail hours.
