Very good place to go for cultural experience for local northern Thai food and a overall cultural dances from various tribes of northern Thailand. Foods are more than adequate with refills if you need more. Drinks and photo taken with traditionally dressed village girls were reasonably priced and hotel pick up and drop off are worth the price paid for...

There is dance floor in the middle. Seating in on the grounnd around it. Behind that are tables. Everybody is presented the same food. The food is ok. Service is quick but I wouldn't expect anything else if everybody gets the same. Also because of the number of staff. The dances differ in quality. Sound system is good. Some if... More

The quality of the food was good. The show was entertaining and informative. The customs were very representative of the Thai culture and people.

We were here for the Khantoke dinner dance show in late October, shortly following the death of the revered King, and with the nation in mourning, I don't think we got to see all the dances perhaps? I've looked through the photos here on TripAdvisor, and I believe we saw some, but not all that is pictured here. We didn't... More

Went there for dinner and cultural show. As expected, the place was packed with tour groups. The food was very average. The show comes in two parts. The first was inside where dancers executed various Thai dances. Call me a culture neanderthal but after the first two dances, every dance subsequent to that look the same. The poor quality of... The food was OK but then that wasn't what we were really here for. The performers didn't appear to be enjoying themselves at all and just going through the motions. Kids may find it interesting but really it wasn't worth the effort.

I really do not like giving negative reviews. This is about as close as I like to get. I would call this place average. The performers looked bored. It seems as if they had done the show a thousand times before and knew they were in for a thousand times more. The food was average for street food. I actually... More

See my other review re: the khantoke dinner, this one is just for the center. The center itself is ok, but does highlight some of the Thai culture in a convenient way. Flyers in various languages (by the dinner shoe storage) give you some history and context. The performances give you a nice slice of Thai culture.
