What a fun morning! We started with a trip to a local market to learn a bit about the different chilies, herbs and garlics we would be using. Then you cook! And eat! Met some great people and enjoyed everything about it.

I attending this cookery school for the second time and would even go again! I did a half day the first time and this time opted for the full day course. I would recommend the full day as it’s a bit more bang for your buck and really it doesn’t take too much longer than the half day. The instructors are great and the recipes are so so delicious. This was the most fun experience we had in Chiang Mai and that is saying a lot, because we loved every minute of this city. We did the full day course and were able to choose separate dishes, so between the 2 of us we made 10+ dishes to share (we took a lot of food home to enjoy later!). I have Celiac Disease and was so pleased with the incredible knowledge of the staff on preparing gluten-free Thai food. They provided gluten-free sauces for me and my husband so I did not have to miss out on anything (except the deep fried spring rolls). Everyone has their own separate work station so I didn’t have to fear cross-contamination issues or anything. Our instructors- Peanut and “Little Bear”- were fantastic, sweet, knowledgeable and fun! We would highly recommend this class and can’t wait to recreate the recipes at home with the provided cookbook!…

My wife and I signed up for the Thai cooking class here, but since my wife is Chinese they insisted that she take the class in Chinese. I don't speak Chinese so we refused to be separated and they would not let us take the class at all, and they refused to give us a refund. They even refused to send us back to our hotel, but we insisted and at least they relented on this. We paid for the class, we got up early and took time to go to the class, and we were not allowed to take the class.…
