Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Interesting temple in the town of Halong free entry, the temple is split into two separate rooms with different statue of Buddha. We could not have the assistance of a guide, therefore it was difficult to understand the history behind this temple.

This is a functional place of worship for the locals. There is nothing of note to see and as a tourist I just felt I was intruding on the devotions of the locals.

Very difficult to find if you direct press from TripAdvisor map, remember show picture temple to the taxi driver before come.
Less 10min activities at this temple 🏯 but can walking distance to Halong Bay street enjoy coffee ☕

This was definitely worth breaking up the trip for, and made a welcome change from the usual shopping centres in town. This one is not far from the Vincom shopping centre where the taxi’s normally drop tourists, which was interesting. It’s right in the middle of town, but quite hard to find, as its down a side street which looks really local. The have skirts and pants which are free to borrow if you’re wearing shorts or a sleeveless top (just look to the right hand side of the compound as you walk in). It’s really worth a visit, and we’ll probably have some footage going up on our Swearjarcoins YouTube channel soon. The temple is dedicated to the mountain gods, and the goddess of mercy.

The entrance is in square courtyards and on the upper left there is a cover area which I think can be used for different use: lessons meetings and even a rest with food. Then there are two separates rooms the main one and a secondary room both of them with allegoric statues and Buddas. Nothing really special, The curious thing is the contrast of this place which bring you back in the past with the buildings around hugely and modern.
