Le Van Tam , cruise manager of Syrena Cruise 2 was nothing less but “OUSTANDING” in all aspects of the entire cruise/stay on board. From the Wharf - welcoming and verifying our names and asking for any food restrictions/allergies, to giving information and scheduling onboard to the hospitality and the cooking class, can say enough about how blessed and happy we (myself and my wife). Hope to come back in the future with some more friends and family members. 🙏🙏🙏

Excellent stay...Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff too very polite and our captain/ guide Son was very knowledgeable and he ensured that our trip is a memorable one . He has an amazing sense of humour too that made this trip unforgettable ❤️ 💕

We were on the ship for 3 days and 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Everything was perfectly organized and we went on exciting excursions. The food was very varied and plentiful. Special thanks go to Mr. Tam, who was always there for us and made the three days an unforgettable experience. We would definitely book 3 days again because you get to see so much more of Halong Bay. The day trip on the second day on the day ship was also very exciting and varied.

The service is very good and responds enthusiastically to every guest
The overall performance on the boat makes people feel comfortable. If there are any problems, you can respond immediately and deal with them immediately.
At night on the top of the ship, the weather is good. You can relax on the deck chair, watch the night sky, and listen to the cheers from other ships. Maybe some ships are also so quiet and enjoy the beauty of this moment.

What a great few days we had seeing the sights of Vietnam on this 3 day tour. We travelled with our 3 children aged 12,14 &16 from Hanoi to Nihn Bihn then onto Halong Bay. We all had a great time with our tour guides Will and Son. Well worth the money, food was great and accomodation was clean and memorable.

We have just completed a trip on Syrena tours in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam and it was amazing. Our cabin was spacious and luxurious. The beds comfortable and the linen soft! The staff was very kind and helpful and went out of their way to assist us in every way, especially Le Vantam. He was a superb host and made our stay unforgettable. We enjoyed the buffet spread which had great seafood options.
We highly recommend Syrena Cruise in Ha Long Bay and hope to be back soon!

Bartender Thai has great service! Let’s have a great experience on our Halong Bay itinerary! The food is very delicious and fresh, especially the banana flower cuisine. The most recommended thing is that the bartending is very good. There is also a buy one get one free period, which is very convenient and can be taken at any time. Enjoyed the 1 night, 2’day cruise. Son created a great camaraderie onboard and even a little rivalry with the men’s cooking competition. Surprise caves were beautiful and staff attentive to our needs.

We really enjoyed this cruise, we stayed on second floor and the room was beautiful! We had a gorgeous shower, great AC and the balcony views were amazing!
Son was such a great host, he has so much knowledge of Ha Long and Vietnam in general we really enjoyed all our chats with him!
The trips off the boat are nice but a little too crowded for us, we were always happy to get back to the boat!
The food is great and really varied. Some of the best oysters we have ever had!
Definitely much quieter and not a party cruise compared with other boats around, although happy hour (2 hours) there are good offers!
Son was such a great host, he has so much knowledge of Ha Long and Vietnam in general we really enjoyed all our chats with him!

Hi - we will be coming on a 1 night 2 day cruise. Other than the 2 complimentary bottles in the room, do you provide any other water? For example, can we refill our bottles in the restaurant or is it all chargeable?
