A Spa is only as good as its staff and The Evian Spa has fantastic and skilled staff. Thank you Linh and Dinh for excellent service both times I visited the spa during my visit to Hanoi. Relaxing massage in a nice setting. I would not hesitate to return here when I next come back to Hanoi.

It's our second time here at Evian Spa and we always feel like royalty. We got the "Customer of the Day" at Lotte Hotel so we got a complimentary 30 minutes facial. Also, a complimentary foot scrub. The view outside is very relaxing. :) I booked with them through email and they reply instantly. I had to cancel twice because of personal reasons but they still accommodated us the next day. Will always come back.

The environment is definitely 5 star. Go early for a swim n soak in the warm jacuzzi. We had early morning appointment n were the only ones in the facility. It was fantastic to have the place for ourselves. We were served teas before starting and the therapist had good technique. The price is definitely pricey compared to other shops perhaps around hoan kiem area. However considering its a 5 star hotel and 105 minutes massage, the price is relatively ok if comparing to other hotels.

I and my husband booked a 75mins program on 25th jun at 10 am. and since we are guests from lotte hotel, we could enjoy a free add on 30 mins offer originally.
When we arrived at 10am, the receptionist told us the staff would be late for 30mins. She did apologise to us, and since we were the hotel guest, so we didnt mind at that time, we went back to our room and came again 30mins later.
And we could finally had our massage program this time at 10:30. But we didnt receive any consultation card for the massage, and they even didnt confirm our program before start. When we entered the room, they didnt provide us a pantie for change, and asked us to wear ours was fine.
They came into our room, and didnt wash our foot before starting the oil massage.
We did knew that they selected the wrong program for us finally. All we want was a hot stone massage, but they provided us a oil massage only.
We arrive at 10:30 I am sure the start time of the massage is after 10:45 as we need to wait at reception and change clothes. But the therapist left our room at 12:04pm.
I am not sure if they provide the offer for add on 30mins for us.
One of the therapist didnt wait us outside the room, we couldnt find her when we left.
I and my husband was extremely disappointed with the service we recieved at evian spa. We couldnt understand why a five star hotel could provide such a service to the guests? That was not cheap at all, almost one of the most expensive spa service you could find at hanoi!
Could you count how many problems occurred in just one spa service? This was the worst spa experience we have ever had for sure.

Loved my experience, the staff were so so sweet! My massage was so relaxing with excellent pressure. I then had a facial the next day and I am amazed by the feel of my skin! Highly recommend seeing Dinh, she is the best!

Massage skil was very good, room was really clean, receptionist was also nice.Two things that I want to mention, there was just very simple consultation form at reception, maybe should have with more detail one otherwise masseur can't take care well for customers.And welcome drink was very poor at luxury spa. Many spa in vietnam serve different herbal tea at welcome and after spa. But Evian spa serve same normal tea at before and after Spa.Hope you to research the other Spa for female customer to be more pleasure.

I really expected so much better given the Evian name and price point. Such a big dissapointment.
I got a facial with a 30 minute massage add-on. The massage was decent but the facial was sub-par. There was exfoliant left over on the aesthecian's hands which was continuously rubbed all over my face, with some exfoliant getting in my eye. My face was left raw so when i asked for some extra face cream and eye cream, only a tiny bit more was applied. My lips were left dried. It felt horrible walking out into the pollution ridden air afterwards.
I felt rushed out the door. My credit card was taken and charged before given the bill. No one even bother to ask me how my services were.

The SPA was below average of five star hotel services. The receptionist pushed to do things when preparing for the service (who wants to be pushed if a person come to have a massage and relax?) and more shockingly, they changed the therapist in the middle of the SPA without any mention in advance, so I found out the therapist changed after the massage finished. The one came latter did too weak because I requested strong pressure to the one who came first. When I asked the latter one why the therapist changed, she only said that there was some problem and no apology. I do not think this SPA service worth the price even it is low enough. Do not ever visit this shop. It is the worst SPA shop ever.

Experienced Masseurs with skillful techniques. Conducive ambience, soothing music and clean facilities. I especially love the "fluffy face hole" on massage bed.
