But upon arrival at airport due to overcrowded of tourists, custom took us an hour for clearance. Before departure, we have informed we will need to buy sim card so need to wait for awhile, but we being chased by the incharge-Lee.
After arrival at hotel around 7pm, being so busy check-in for the big group, settle down and rush to eat dinner before restaurant closed at 9+, this gentleman insisted us must settle our balance bill, even I told him that I have many transportation till end of my trip, we won't run away, but he insisted. Before travel I was told I could use my credit card or send me a link, so I can do bank transfer after I back in room, but he is so inflexible, ended we have to take out our spare SGD to pay him. V unhappy on 1st day.
Last morning at Sapa, we have transport to cat village, only when I whatsapp him to confirm the time then he told me that the village management don't allow big limousine, asked us to take own taxi. Ok fine, by right travel agent shd refund me this cancel transportation.
Only when i asked for refund, then he told me will arrange a small van to pick us up to cat village and back to hotel to pick our luggage.
Above is not professional.
Last but not least, the limousine driver to Sapa is recklessly driving, speeding, even though we are not rush to arrive.
Only happy was the day trip with Tommy to Ninh Binh.
